The studio hits all the marks; the stylish kitchenette is well equipped; the cozy covered porch is perfect for a drink in the fresh mountain air; the couch is comfortable to relax by day and converts to a queen bed by night if needed as there is also a dedicated queen bed for two. The studio is in building 4 adjacent to the seasonal pool and year round hot tub for relaxation after your adventure filled day! The front desk is steps away and open 24/7 to assist with any needs, directions or local recommendations!

The bus stop was right outside the building and every time I walked out, the bus was right there. It was so convenient. Not only that, but right behind Prospector, there is a gym. Right above the gym is a spa for massages. This unit is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Beyond that, it would be a little crowded. I was there by myself so it was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. Very close to a bus stop. Great location to get out and about in Park City. Communication with the owner was great!

My 20-something daughter, her roommate and my nephew and I stayed here for 1 night to ski Deer Valley. Everything was as described and check-in was a breeze. Only suggestion is to hand out parking pass at checking-in instead of getting g a temporary pass at check-in then the permanent pass in the unit that you have to walk back to the condo after your car is all packed up and you’re ready to leave. A very minor inconvenience overall. Great unit especially love the ski gear storage right inside the entrance.

My son and I enjoyed our stay in Park City. The unit we rented at the Prospector was perfectly appointed and well located on the bus line to the Park City and Deer Valley resorts. We had a great vacation!

We stayed in Park City while training at the Utah Olympic Park. We loved the very functional kitchen. My favorite part was the knife sharpener. How many units have you been in with a knife sharpener?
We made some of our meals and did take-out for some. We highly recommend Blind Dog which is super close and the Thai restaurants (we've been to three in the area!)
The sofabed is confusing, but luckily the owners manual was included. So we figured it out.
Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Very poor communication with property owner regarding checkin process

We had a very nice stay for 3 days of skiing at Park City. Very well equipped with dishes, food staples, hair dryer, toiletries and towels for the bathroom and pool. The entryway cubbies were perfect for our ski gear and clothes. The sofa bed was easy to pull out for sleeping and put away during the day. It was firm and more comfortable than most sleepers. Check in and out were easy and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening after skiing. Thank you!

This small unit for is perfect for 2 people or 3 if you use the pull out couch? It's got good space for a studio lay out, and all the things you need to prep simple meals in the kitchen. It close to old town Park City and less than 10 minutes from all the ski areas. Great spot. I do recommend ear plugs and eye mask for sleeping as there's a lot of lights in the space for the dark and the wine refrigerator does make noise...and the heating unit :) if you're prepared, you're set!

This property was very cute but smelt awful. The air freshener can was a nice touch but was unfortunately empty when we got there. We then discovered our sheets and bedding had not been washed and were obviously soiled. I had to go purchase laundry detergent and spend 2 hours of my vacation time doing laundry. The pillows stunk terribly and need to be replaced. For this amount of money per night I expected a much better experience.

Our stay was terrific. The space was perfect for a couple. The host was quick to reply and the check in process was easy. Plenty of parking and a bus stop out front made it easy to get around by car or public transportation.
