Three excellent golf courses exist around the Dells, including the lovely course at Chula Vista Resort. Not even a mile north of the resort is a marina where you can rent pontoon boats or jet skis to ride on the Wisconsin River! The downtown area is just a short drive away, where you can discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions. Don't forget to sample Wisconsin's famous cheese curds! Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. Feel right at home as you sit on the plush furniture, curl up by the grand stone fireplace, or watch a movie on the TV above the mantle. Prepare grand meals or on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample room for personal effects. Best of all, a luxurious jetted hot tub is available near the sitting area, where you can enjoy the view of the resort. Make memories that'll last a lifetime when you stay at the Wisconsin Dells! Things to Know Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands, which include the spa, pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes. This property is managed by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 6. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The pull out sofa bed with TERRIBLE to sleep on. If the sofa can not be replaced, add a topper. I found cheerios in the fold out. Sheets changed??? I don't like not knowing that everything is sanitary. I don't go on vacation to have to bleach out items to be able to use. The masster bathroom smelled like urine.

Location was excellent with easy access to WI Dells and a beautiful setting on the River. Plenty of room in the condo unit for the whole family. Clean and spacious.

Fun family condo to share time together during spring break! Comfortable beds and in room hot tub with fireplace was welcome after a day at the water park! Would definitely return for another visit!!

My wife and I booked this for our anniversary/get away from the kids weekend. The resort was fairly empty when we arrived and it was quiet. The floor the room is on was very quiet even when guests were there. Room was very clean and every thing you may need was provided (minutes food and drinks obviously). Would definitely book a stay here again.
