Kyle (owner/manager) was responsive, accommodating, and very helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and extra linens were provided. Location is great and it's worth the value! Our family will be back!

For the small town of Sebastian, this was a great option to stay. Really nice front desk. Rooms were spacious enough with a living and sleeping area. Everything was clean and well kept. Couldn't figure the televisions out, but didn't really care. I am sure a call to the front desk would have solved that.had a handful of dining and bar options. Overall, this property is modest, but well.done. Would stay again without question.
