Escape to this spacious home for quality time together and peaceful views. Enjoy barbecuing out on your private gas grill on the backyard patio while the group plays a game of cornhole. Inside, central air conditioning will help everyone settle in comfortably. The well-equipped, full kitchen includes full-sized appliances (including a French door fridge), plus helpful extras like a breakfast bar with room for four guests to enjoy a meal, and a snow cone machine for post-beach treats. Indeed, the beach-themed decor of this family-friendly home will set the tone perfectly for your entire trip. Lost Key Golf and Beach Club is a premire, private island resort community with a 24-hour staffed gate, an 18-hole Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course with Clubhouse, locker room, and restaurant. Take the complimentary shuttle to the private Gulf-front Beach Club, (approx 15-20 min walk; 5 min drive), which offers dining, drink service, and a beachfront pool. Tennis courts, fitness center, and the spacious resort pool are conveniently located less than 15 houses away (less than a 5-10 min walk) from this home. This home is less than 13 miles from the Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels! Things to Know: Free gigabit WiFi Full Kitchen - including K-Cup and 10 Cup coffee bar Gated entrance w/security. A living room sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Beach chairs, floats and beach towels available for use. Up to two (2) dogs welcome. A 36" crate is available for use. Beach wagon, 1 adult and 1 kids bike, and rolling cooler are available for use. High chair, baby gates, Pack-n-Play and age appropriate games, and dinnerware are available for younger children. Snowbird friendly. *No boats, trailers, jet-ski or RV's allowed. All amenities are operated through the Lost Key HOA and are not guaranteed. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: Parking for three (3) cars is available. No on-street parking is available. Golf carts are not permitted to be parked on the grass or in the street per the HOA rules. Golf carts must be parked in the driveway or in the garage. Golf carts are NOT permitted to be parked at the Lost Key Beach Club. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for the Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidential damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as your report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This vacation was one of the calmest and restful stays that we have been on in a long time. The Lost Key resort is a gated community that was very quiet. The townhome that we stayed in was very nice and the owners went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The shuttle to the beach was timely and the pool area was extremely nice also! Highly recommend staying here! Shout out to the owners they were great!

Overall the townhouse was great. Susan was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was clean and the community was nice. The walk to the pool was a little further than anticipated, but a walk is never a bad thing. You can also park by the pool if needed.

Wonderful beach with very clean & clear water. Very nice beds, bedding and pillows. Well equipped kitchen. No internet & cable provided, you have to use your own access/apps (Netflix, Peacock, etc). Network gateway provided was up and down and we had the sense someone else was getting in and using our access because some last viewed and resume programs were not what we were watching. Weird and a bit disturbing. Owners should reconsider using VACASA as a property manager and I will never rent another place that they manage. We contacted them multiple times regarding 3 issues. The main office taking the complaint was always very apologetic, very friendly and assured me the local office would respond promptly, although they did not. The 1st item they dismissed over a text without coming out to look at the cleaning crew issue, so I ended up cleaning my 1st day there! The local office did not even respond to the 2nd and 3rd items. On the 1st and 2nd items I contacted VACASA’s main office multiple times to inform them that the issues had not been resolved and no one from the local office had called or came out. By the 3rd day and the 3rd unresolved complaint I just gave up and tried to not let it ruin our stay. Nice place but will not go back.

We really enjoyed our stay. We rent a couple of times a year for family get togethers and this house is at the top of the list. Room accommodations and the amenities were outstanding. Susan Wiley, the property manager was very professional, polite, and concerned about us enjoying our stay.
