HPโs Rooftop is a luxury beach home that is one of the best beach homes on Tybee Island. Large pool with double shallow ledge, corner lot, Cafeโ appliances, expansive yards, elevator, chewy ice machine, beverage fridge, beach gear provided, propane grill, ping pong table, downstairs restroom/off poolโฆ and so much more! You wonโt be disappointed in your vacation destination!!!

Constructed in 2021, the home features 2500 sf with 4 bedrooms with an additional bunk area with 4 twin beds for the kiddos!!
Floor one is the garage area with parking for two cars and access to the pool. This is the elevators first stop! There is an outdoor shower and half bath by the pool so no need to run upstairs with the kiddos to use the restroom!! The pool has a large sun-ledge for little kiddos to sit and splash! Ping pong table and dartboard in the garage for competitors!
The pool does have a heated option. Cost to heat from April - October at $125 per night. $150 to $175 per night November - March. If the temp is forecasted to drop below 50 degrees at any point during the stay, a minimum of $150 a night will be charged.
Floor two consists of the master bedroom (King) with expansive glass door/wall shower. Off the master is the open bunkroom featuring 4 twin beds. Also on floor two is the laundry area and two additional queen bedrooms. The queen bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second story of the elevator is also partnered with an internal spiral staircase starting on level two that travels to level three.
Floor three consists of a large open floor plan encompassing the dining room, living room, and custom kitchen thatโs and entertainer's dream. The fourth bedroom (King) is off the kitchen and shares a full bathroom with the living area. The kitchen has custom CAFE appliances that features a wine cooler and a chew ice machine. There is an electric fireplace for those cold nights on Tybee also! This is the elevators final stop!
Level four is a rooftop deck with AMAZING views of the back river, lighthouse in the distance to the south, and amazing sunrise and sunset views!
No expense was spared in the construction of this beautiful home. Itโs a must see to appreciate.

We loved the house but there were some definate missing items. The kitchen had many many cabinets locked and so standard items usually found in normal kitchen were not available to use.several of the appliances needed filter changes.There were many nicely placed sofas and chairs outside but their cushions were all beyond using as stains and spills made them not inviting. Someone from VRBO I believe sent some cushions but not nearly enough. The AC was very good. Would like to stay in house again but feel like some adjustment should be made. Elevator was very helpful for our seniors

Beautiful home! Had a bachelorette weekend getaway and it was perfect. Would highly recommend! Eric was also great to work with.

We had a fabulous time at this property. The house was incredible and comfortably fit our group of 12. The pool was very nice and we felt we had plenty of pool furniture. The kitchen and living room area was very spacious and a great common space for everyone. Everything was very clean. The only comments I would provide is that our group of 12 ladies went through all the provided toilet paper quickly. There was 1 extra roll provided per bathroom. No issues with that but if you have a large group, just be aware you may need to prepare for buying some extra. Additionally, the only thing we didn't realize was that the bunks are not in a separate room but in the common area on the 2nd floor. Again, was not an issue for us whatsoever, but this may be helpful for future groups to know. Eric was extremely quick to communicate and help with any needs we messaged him with immediately. Thank you Eric for your hospitality, we hope to come back again!

We planned our trip two months in advance. I used Vrbo several times and have had good experiences. I was a disappointed this time. We chose this destination because me and my husband were there 12 years ago and enjoyed it. We brought our friends this time. The house we stayed at was very nice. The part that dropped my opinion was the fact that we were not informed of the โOrange Crushโ event that was going on that weekend. They had the streets shutdown. Businesses closed because of this. We could not go anywhere because everything was shutdown. We couldnโt rent bikes or golf carts or stroll along the beach. If we would have tried to go to Savannah to visit, it would have taken 3-6 hours to get back that would normally be a 15-30 minute ride. We drove from IL to Tybee to get away and do some sight seeing. I just thought we should have been given the option to reschedule or cancel without a penalty. We didnโt find out what the Orange Crush was about and what happened last year until we talked to a few of the neighbors where we stayed. Everyone we talked to told us that the landlord should have informed us of this situation.
