The room and staff in the accomodation were all lovely. The location was the best as, there was a lovely country pub across the road which was a lovely experience and the food was amazing. And, across the r5oad a short walk away is Rosslyn Chapel. Location was perfect.
The Dolly Cafe attached to this accomodation, one particular member of staff was very rude and grumpy. The service could have been better, and more smiles from the staff as most of them looked miserable.

Great location, not far from the chapel and beautiful walk. Lovely room with everything that you need, and even a little treat to welcome us to Scotland. Staff were really friendly. We would stay again.
The only negative which is in no way the properties fault, was the noise from outside. We were woken quite a lot through the night with noise from those leaving the pub opposite. I would bring earplugs next time.

The accommodation was easy to find on the corner of the main street. A warm welcome from the host. Comfortable and clean, easy overnight stay in walkable distance to the Roslin chapel. A great pitstop whilst travelling and quiet in contrast to the busy city with the Edinburgh fringe .The cafe downstairs was a great addition for breakfast, pub across the road for evening bar supper.

Good location in a nice area. Bedroom had nice decor.
There is a nice cafe downstairs and a pub opposite.
Bathroom was simple for the price. Room was very warm and there was no fan. No storage space and no option to refrigerate items. Bus stop is directly outside and can be very loud at night with window open.
Considering there’s no options for breakfast other than a cafe that doesn’t open until 9, the room should have a small fridge .
