The room was very quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. As a single visitor, I felt safe entering and exiting the building. Charming and historic character of the building that has been thoughtfully restored with beautiful tiled shower and comfortable bed!

We loved being able to walk Old Town and alternatively take the Max to Old Town and to CSU. Great location, lovely room. We will definitely stay again.

Our experience with the Flats was splendid. The room came as advertised and super clean. Check in was very easy. It’s so nice to be texted a code for entry instead of waiting in a check-in line for what, an entry card and a credit card number the hotel already has?? The Flats process is way easier.
Devon was super helpful and responsive. We made changes to our booking and he accommodated graciously and seamlessly.
And the location! Walking distance to campus and to Old Town. Love it!
