About this house rental
This is a non-smoking property. This premier home boasts a large private salt water pool & hot tub, with plenty of outdoor entertaining space that includes an outdoor kitchen with smart TV, fireplace, hammock, and plenty of outdoor seating. Inside is all new furniture, appliances, granite bar/countertops and 4 more smart TVs including in 2 of the bedrooms. Easy drive to the beach and all that Melbourne has to offer. Relax in style without the huge crowds. SECURITY The property is protected by 5 security cameras around the perimeter of the house. Two in the front yard overlooking the driveway and front door, one along the side of the house overlooking the side garage entrance and two in the backyard overlooking the back entrance and pool area. These cameras are not actively monitored but are used by authorities in case of a safety or security incident at the property. If you are concerned about privacy, ask your host about options to mitigate your concerns.

From the morning of my check-in, I had contact with the host and I'm glad I did. He's a great guy and very easy to talk to. Having a line of communication with him throughout the stay made my friends and I a lot more comfortable. The property was incredible and even though we all kind of did our own thing, there was never a boring moment. I love cooking so I was happy the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and cutlery. The backyard was the star of the show though. We spent most of our time in the hot tub and pool during the day and by one of the 3 fireplaces at night. This will definitely be my first choice when multiple friends come to town in the future.

Despite inclement weather, our family enjoyed our first Christmas in Melbourne. The outdoor space was amazing and with cooler temps, we took advantage of the large hot tub and outdoor fireplace. The tiki hut provided a nice gathering spot as well. The large family room accommodated our group well, as well as multiple places to eat. The owner was very receptive to all requests and questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Our last-minute family getaway was perfect! The host was very nice, the home was as listed and there were no surprises. The backyard is a paradise, and the host provided a book with instructions on how to use everything. It was easy check in and check out. We just wished it did not rain every day. But, since this is Florida, we were back in the pool within a few hours. Thank you Tim!

This house and back yard are beautiful and everything that was online about it is true. We loved the back yard so much we were out there from morning until way past dark. I can tell you that we will rent this place again in the future. STAY HERE IT IS AWESOME....

We loved staying at this house. Everything was exactly as posted. The backyard was amazing and we spent all of our time back there. The host was so helpful as well. Will definitely stay again!

The house is exactly as shown. We loved spending time in the backyard! Owner reached out a few times to see if we needed anything and everything we needed was close by. The house was equipped with most everything. Loved our stay!

Great host offering a unique property. It was an unexpected tropical escape in a place you would not expect to find. We stayed here for our son's graduation. It was wonderful to have a 'private resort' where we could all spend time together as a family. Quite hours after 9:00PM was a bit disappointing, but understandable since the location is in a neighborhood.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. We have 5, 8 and 11yr old kids. We had a few beach days, a zoo day, a few hours at Route 7 entertainment, but most of our time was spent in the pool and at the outdoor kitchen. The backyard is designed beautifully and the interior of the house was immaculate. The check in/out process was seamless.Tim, the host, had a binder with great info on to operate various things in the backyard and everything was labeled and easy to find. He responded quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely be booking again in the near future!

We loved staying here! House was clean and spacious with big sunroom and amazing backyard! Walmart and Aldi’s just down the road and a tasty cookie bakery within walking distance. The beach was a short 15 minute drive away. Centrally located with lots of restaurants and other fun things to do nearby (zoo, airboat rides, deep sea fishing, etc.) We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Tim was excellent to work with and he was the only owner to put together a video to show you the property. He also got back to us quickly with answers. The property was so nice it was where we wanted to be all day long. Good neighborhood and everything you need and want is close by.

We spent nearly all of our time in the backyard area, either in the pool, hot tub or laying in the hammock, or sitting at the bar in the outdoor watching TV. Unfortunately the outdoor fireplace didn't work but there was parts on order to fix that minor problem. If the opportunity arises we would certainly return.

This property was immaculately clean. All new solid furniture throughout the house. The inside has everything you need from utensils to seasonings seven Alexa for music enjoyment. The outside stunning! The whole back yard is a mini resort area. Everything is a pictured! The host was extremely responsive. We were anticipating some bad weather and needed to depart 1nt earlier, he issued us a refund, which he did'nt have to Thank you for a lovely experience!
