Everything as expected and then some! Fabulous place for a reunion. Just wish we had more time.

The cleanliness of the house required attention upon our arrival, as it was neither well-cleaned nor organized. The main bathroom sink and tub drained very slowly, resulting in standing water during showers. The kitchen floors were also not clean; after sweeping and mopping, it was evident they had not been properly maintained prior to our arrival. The bedroom carpets were similarly unclean, and both vacuums provided were in poor condition—one lacked a charging station and made a loud noise, while the other displayed an error and did not function. Both vacuum canisters were also full and needed to be emptied before use. The kitchen itself was disorganized, requiring time to clean and arrange items so they could be easily located. Cupboards in both the kitchen and main entrance were cluttered, and items frequently fell out when opened. Additionally, the outdoor patio cushions were dirty and soaked due to being left uncovered; we had to clean and dry them before use. Once prepared, however, the patio furniture was very comfortable. Besides the cleanliness and having to clean and organize, it was a very lovely stay, a great location and the host was absolutely quick and easy to communicate with.
