The Home
Upper Stone Lodge is a private upper-level unit within a three-unit mountain property in Cascade.
Inside, two bedrooms each feature a king bed. A queen air mattress provides additional sleeping accommodations, bringing the maximum occupancy to six guests.
The spacious living room offers plenty of room to relax together and flows into the full kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and dining area. Large windows bring in natural light and help you enjoy the surrounding mountain setting from inside.
The unit has one bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Guests also have access to a shared laundry room with two washers and two dryers.
✨ Traveling with a larger group? There are two additional private rentals on the property—the Lower Stone Lodge and stand-alone Stone Cottage. The entire three-unit property can also be reserved together for groups of up to 14 guests.
Outdoors
Upper Stone Lodge includes access to a patio and grill, giving you an easy spot to enjoy some time outside.
You'll also share two hot tubs and a propane firepit with guests staying in the property's other units.
The year-round shared game room is located above the garage and includes a pool table, air hockey, cornhole, board games, and more. Stairs are required to reach the game room. The garage itself is not available to guests.
There is plenty of driveway parking available for Upper Stone Lodge guests.

Cascade offers a convenient mountain setting at the base of Pikes Peak with quick access to outdoor recreation and popular family attractions. You're also within an easy drive of Manitou Springs, Woodland Park, and Colorado Springs.

The house was clean and well maintained. Nice appliances but no oven. The downspout in the driveway caused damage to our vehicles and could be remedied by adding a metal grate over it so cars wouldn’t scrape driving over it. That would have been very helpful. Otherwise the game room was a great hit for the kids and the hot tub was nice. Nice relaxing stay for the family!
