This hotel was beautiful. The entire staff was helpful and nice, from the valet to the front desk, to the maintenance. They all greeted us throughout our stay even though we didn't use the valet or maintenance. We didn't see a use for the valet because parking was easy. But that keeps your car in the front of the hotel if you plan to leave a lot. The hotel is in such a great location we walked everywhere. We ate twice at the Blue Moose which is the hotel's restaurant and their wings were amazing. We didn't use it but they have 24/7 room service as well. The only negative was that we had a balcony room facing the pool, which I believe I paid more for. It was a little gross out there...cobwebs, a little bird dirt, chairs that were dirty. We never used the balcony because of it.

Very large and comfortable bedroom and bath with a small kitchenette - sink, fridge and microwave. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken. However, the shower was awesome. Everything was clean although the corridor rugs were somewhat worn. The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. The pool was always filled with kids so it’s not terribly relaxing. The food in the cafe and bar was very good. Exiting the property was tricky given the traffic, but the location near the Main Street is perfect.

It was a wonderful stay the staff was amazing the room we had was clean mostly except for the little bump out room with the circle window. I was surprised at how gross the walls and furniture were and kind of felt bad for putting the kids over there.
