Amazing weekend at an amazing hotel! Front desk was top notch and the room was just incredible! Food was delicious and service in the bar/restaurant was amazing!

Overall stay was ok. We could hear the family next to us very clearly all night. The restaurants were not as good as we had hoped, the food was like bar food or stadium food. There was also a very apparent language barrier. The chair in our room was badly stained, and two of the bed pillow cases were covered in what I initially thought was mold, but was ink. The location was the best thing about the hotel, I really would not call it a resort.

I like to stay here . I was promised to move to a different wound they fall next step and they Woman at the front desk as for my keys and and the card I didn’t have the funds on her. I told her be in the limit and she was so rude to me this morning I feel like I need my money back. thinking

It was a great location, modern and clean. The parking was free and the hotel resteraunt had good food. The beds were a little hard and the cafe seemed understaffed. All in all i would recommend it to a friend. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing atmosphere with unbelievable service. I booked this resort because it is in walking distance of several attractions but we enjoyed the resort so much, we didn't spend a lot of time away. Highly recommend.

I booked this trip as a 'second honeymoon' for our 10th anniversary. We had never stayed here before but thought it looked interesting. What an understatement! The resort was beautiful and the staff really friendly. A special 'shout out' to both Rhonda 1 and 2 :) for your welcome and overall friendly demeanor throughout our stay. Another special thank you to Tre. There was a winter storm due to begin Sunday night into Monday. We were scheduled to start out stay on Monday but decided to call Sunday to see if we could come in a day early. Tre was able to get us booked, in a way, so that we could stay in the same room that we booked for Monday - we didn't have to change rooms. Overall your staff is amazing and we will definitely be back!

Everything that you need in one location. Friendly staff, on-site dining, spa, laundry, and within walking distance to attractions. Rooms were excellent, heated pool was a kid favorite, and bar/live entertainment was a pleasant surprise.

The staff were talking about other guests in front of us during check-in. They were complaining because the guests requested additional towels. It took 1.5 hours to check-in because the two staff members at the front desk were unable to find our reservation.

The resort was nice. A few things surprised me in lack of attention: the gym’s equipment was not operational and somewhat dangerous. The television was all cable with no option to log into streaming services. For the price that surprised me.

Very nice and clean property except for the goose droppings which you must be careful not to step in. Not an easy task at night. Very nice bathroom but was chili since it did not appear to be heated.

Nice hotel, great amenities. Staff was great. Location was ok. I felt it was a little out of the busiest are of Gatlinburg so be ready to walk. Traffic was terrible so turning left to go to Pigeon Forge was rough.

Our trip was so relaxing! The service was great and the resort was so beautiful and clean! There are several firepits and fireplaces with games you can play outside. We spent several hours out by the firepit before going to bed. We felt so relaxed and recovered after!

We loved the beautiful lobby when we arrived. The staff was so friendly. The food and entertainment on site was great. We loved the outdoor fire pit and fireplace. It was a great place to gather. The indoor pool was a nice bonus in the middle of winter. The fitness room was clean and uncluttered. We also loved having a breakfast place with coffee drinks and smoothies on site. I can hardly wait to go back!

The rooms were good size. Liked they had mini fridge and microwave and sink area. The bathroom was the best death. Shower was large and had three shower heads.. felt very luxurious. The food at the chill bar was mediocre. However the seating area was comfy.

We had a great time staying at Margaritaville Gatlinburg. The location is perfect! Lots of fun hanging at the on-site lounge with nightly live music. This property is clean and the staff is very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.
