Charming, historic and great location. Free parking on site. Nice to have a balcony off the room, even if it just overlooked a parking lot. The sitting room with the fireplace and games was quaint and the outdoor fireplace as well.
I had no issue with the uneven, warped floors. What else would you except from a hotel built in 1937?? But the fact the mattress was concave in the middle was not great and pretty uncomfortable. An uncomfortable mattress is a pretty big deal when 80% of the function of the hotel room is to have a place to sleep.

Breakfast was amazing! Full breakfast every morning. Location was excellent, we walked everywhere.
Room was OK. I'm not sure how I got the view of the stairs from our balcony. Just not was I was expecting when the last visit I had a decent view of the parking lot. Room 105 was convenient for sure, but a complete block of your view of the front street. But there was plenty of seating on the porch so we enjoyed sitting there.

It was convenient being downtown so we could walk everywhere. The breakfast was phenomenal and we liked the rocking chairs out front. Very cozy
The room wasn’t entirely clean, and smelled like chew tobacco. The bathroom had no ventilation

Location and breakfast. Check in was easy and very accommodating. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch. If we stay there again I will request a room on the back and 2nd floor or higher.
Lobby had a strange odor, rooms outdated with lack of electrical outlets and had trouble unlocking our door. They are switching to keyless entry. When, TBD….
