It is very close to the main street and it was easy to check-in and it was a nice room. Parking was free right outside the hotel and had room for all guests.
There was a lot of noise from guest outside in the parking and the isolation was not the best. The breakfast room was a bit noisy and the coffee was not the best.

The property wasn’t on the parkway which made it easier to leave hotel to go hiking the park but they have a ramp to and from the center of the parkway which makes the hotel perfect location
Everything was perfect

Convenient to the strip and to the Smokey Mountains entrance. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good with many choices.
Nothing really.

It’s tucked back further from the main drag but still within perfect walking distance to everything.
Our first room had mold in it and the second floor smelled strongly of mildew. Looked around a little bit, wiped the air unit with a damp paper towel and found the source, along with the spots on the desk. The staff very quickly moved us to a different room on a different floor. This room was also in desperate need of some love and remodeling - cracks in bathroom drywall, mismatched paint, the desk outlet, light, and even the desk phone didn’t work.
Skip the breakfast. It wasn’t fantastic. The ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work. There was a used toothbrush behind the sink in our bathroom. We did get fresh towels every day, and that was very much appreciated, but there usually wasn’t enough of them left for all 4 of us.
The pool is in the basement and you can sometimes smell the chlorine in the hallways. Parking is very limited there and I imagine can be a headache to find at night.
The pictures of this place need updated because they do not correctly reflect everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful every time, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
