This getaway has many features perfect for entertaining friends and family, including a private pool, a putting green, and plenty of seating areas to sit back and relax! Highlights • 5-minute walk to the beach • Putting Green • Private Pool and In-Ground Spa • Covered Patio and BBQ Grill • Dog Friendly As you walk in, you’ll be welcomed into a nautical-themed living space with vibrant blue sofas, a flat-panel television, and sliding doors that lead to the balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen has culinary essentials, premium stainless-steel appliances, and a kitchen island with breakfast bar stools overlooking the dining room table that can seat six guests. The Primary Bedroom has a beautiful canopy bedroom, a large TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower with contemporary tile. The two King guest bedrooms have luxury bedding and TVs, and one has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The hallway bathroom has a luxurious spa-like shower and tub combination, great for refreshing after fun days exploring the island. Room Details -Primary Bedroom: King bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower -Second Bedroom: King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Third Bedroom: King bed This backyard has everything for a great vacation and get together: a lovely pool, an in-ground spa, and a fantastic putting green. Under the covered patio are lounge chairs, a complete outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill! Make the most of your island stay by renting a bike and riding the free AMI Trolley to the North End, where you can shop along Pine Ave, grab a gourmet doughnut, or hop on a sunset cruise to watch the dolphins play. Get the beach bags ready for an adventure-packed getaway here at Totally Beachin’! - 3 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. We loved our stay at this Bradenton Beach property. Perfect location - easy 5 min walk to the beach, 5 min drive to grocery store/restaurants. It's in a safe/quiet neighborhood with a fenced in yard for our furbabies. The heated salt water pool and hot tub got a lot of use and was a nice feature. The home is nicely decorated with high-end amenities, comfy beds and a lovely covered front porch. The property looks just like the pics. Management company was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Home was as advertised. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. It was an easy walk to the beach. You could also walk to a few restaurants and shopping. Cons: No refrigerator or mini fridge in the pool area. The door alarm didn’t operate properly when entering the home and would go off even if you had pressed the button. We have stayed at other VRBO’s in the area and felt the house was lacking in a few amenities such as beach toys and board games. The kitchen did not have pot holders or a broom/dust pan.

This home was great! Modern, clean and spacious! Walk to the beach or lounge in the pool. There is a grill and plenty of outdoor space for children to play. I would definitely rent again.

Great pool and layout of house. In a quiet neighborhood about 5-7 minute walk to beach. Well equipped with all necessities. One drawback- no bathroom for pool, had to go up to the house for bathroom. Management answered calls and had solutions right away.

Wow! This property was perfect! It appears to be a new build and is impeccably decorated. The pool and outside area is also smartly designed and we enjoyed using. It’s a short walk to the beach and they provided towels, chairs and all of the necessities. One of the nicer rentals we’ve found on the island. We definitely would return! Thanks!

Amenities were good, and supplies provided were sufficient for our family of 5. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and baths, and everyone had room to spread out. Loved the pool, putting green, outside TV and eating area. Our house added another dimension to our vacation, and we will definitely check with VRBO before our next vacation.

Great place.. Only issue was the washing machine was not working initially. I wish check out was later, say noon.. But overall, LOVED IT!!

We had a wonderful time. Loved the pool and hot tub. We felt very secure. Refrigerator was not balanced correctly so food could stay cold in frig but freezer was too cold. Only could adjust by Wi-Fi not by you.

We had some amazing days in this beach house as a family. Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.
