This modern, bright and cozy home has 200sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and is only 10 minutes to The Strip and 8 minutes to the Airport. Our Neon Garage game room will keep the kids entertained while you prepare dinner in our fully stocked kitchen. Quite neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants near by. Our stay was amazing! Our host, Michelle, was extremely communicative from start to finish and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was also kind enough to accommodate a last minute early check-in, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless upon arrival and exactly as described. The pool table and game room were such a fun bonus for my friends and I, and made the stay even better. The location was also super convenient! Very close to both the airport and the Strip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Vegas! Thanks again for hosting!

Excellent location and quiet neighborhood. 2 grocery stores 3 minutes away. Excellent communication from the host. Clean and plenty of space.

Not impressed. When we arrived, the house was unsecured. There were 2 windows cracked open, and the garage doors were not locked. You can’t lock the garage door coming into the house because the deadbolt is on the garage side. It was decently clean, except the towels which were an off white color and smelled musty. The concrete floors are less than appealing, and the pool table was dirty and scuffed, so much so that we decided not to even touch it. The location is great if you need to stay close to the airport but don’t want to stay on the strip.
