Follow a tidy concrete path to the door of your winning blue cottage and step inside. Find yourself in a cozy Roku TV room with a loveseat. An open doorway leads into a surprisingly spacious eat-in kitchen with a bar-height table and two stools next to a wide window that spills uplifting natural light into the space (but with blinds for privacy when you want it). Enjoy plenty of counter space and cabinets, along with a refrigerator/freezer, full-size range with cooktop and oven, a double-basin sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and window air conditioning. Cook up a storm – you’ve got the space and the tools! The corner bedroom is bright and cheerful with windows on two walls, both with privacy blinds. There is some room for a trailer or small RV. This parking is shared with the tenant in the main home as well. There are signs for the guest parking for this unit directly in front of the fenced in yard. Type of Cooling and Heating for the Home Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness. We do have a window AC unit that is installed in the summer months. We have radiant baseboard heating in each room for the winter. Locations of All Security Cameras 1.
