It offers two parking spaces on the driveway, and plenty of parking on the street and public parking lot (day use only). There is a full size washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas, and some additional toys for the beach to use during your stay. The front courtyard is fully gated and surround with solid, stucco seat walls. It’s very private. The side yard adjacent to El Camino Real is quite large and with some tables and chairs is the best location for any day or evening event. All outside areas are landscaped with native style plant material and mission style architecture making it a very unique backdrop.
