This 14m² studio is a functional gem in the heart of Paris, renovated in August 2018. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it features parquet flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and microwave. Just 5 minutes from Montorgueil, its prime location allows you to explore Paris on foot, with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby.
