About this villa rental

Welcome to your dream vacation villa. This very private, beautifully furnished home is equipped with everything you need on your next vacation. The villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, minutes from Manasota Beach, downtown Venice and Englewood, shopping and many restaurants. The main attraction of villa is the private outdoor oasis with a heated saltwater pool and a spacious spa. You can control the pool settings (temp, light, water features) with the provided remote control. The pool lights, water features, and waterfall make the patio area feel like a private resort. The patio is completely screened in and has a dining table, TV, pool loungers and sectional couches giving our guests plenty of sitting areas. The villa is surrounded by lash, mature landscaping and an 8FT privacy fence all around. With over 2,100 sq feet of indoor living space, there is room for everyone. The modern kitchen features, stone countertops, Jenn-Air stainless-steel appliances (induction cooktop, built in microwave, oven, fridge and a beverage cooler), center island with breakfast bar that seats 3, a coffee/tea station and a breakfast nook. There are small appliances like an Air fryer, crockpot, blender and an electric wine opener, wine glasses etc. The family room has a 65-inch Smart TV equipped with YouTube TV 2 comfy couches, games and books. The large sliding doors provide direct access to the pool. The formal living room has a sofa and additional sitting. The formal dining room has a large, elegant table and sitting for 6. The master suite is secluded from the other bedrooms, it has a split King bed with an adjustable base and two separate remote controls, so that each person can choose their favorite sleeping/sitting position. There is even a massage option!!! There is his and her closets and a spacious master bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The large sliding doors lead to the patio/pool area. The other two bedrooms are located on the right side of the house and share the second bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfy Queen size bed and a spacious closet. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a large closet. The second bathroom has a large vanity, a tub/shower combo and a linen closet. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room for your use. We provide the detergent. We spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed everything about the house. This is by far the best vacation rental we've stayed in. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and includes everything you could need. Communication with the owner was excellent! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing Florida vacation.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. The weather during our stay was less than idea, but we still had an amazing time at the house. In no particular order… Check in and check out was a breeze. It’s definitely been recently remodeled and it’s beautiful. There was not a single detail spared. Appliances were all high end. Never heard a dishwasher so quiet in my life. The lighting in the house was also very nice (yes, random thing to like, but it was really very nice). The decor was not typical for a rental. All the decor was really nice and made it feel like home. There were even fancy stickers on all the kitchen cabinets and drawers that showed you what was in each so you didn’t have to spend time searching for cookware. There was no shortage of extra sheets and towels for both the pool and bathroom. The pool and hot tub were both awesome. The water was so clean and clear, and since it was a salt system, we didn’t leave smelling of any chlorine even in the slightest. Lastly, Dorcia the host was really helpful and accommodating before and during our stay, which made traveling with our two kids much easier. She was always fast to respond and helped us with a few questions we had about the area. I could go on and on with so much more but I think the gist is clear. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! We’ll be back!

This home is so beautiful! Pictures doesn’t do justice for it! The owners have thought of everything! We cooked breakfast everyday and played in the pool. My son is 10 and enjoyed having pool toys to play with! This was the best relaxing vacation and plan on booking for next year. Thank you for a great stay! High recommend!

During our stay both my husband and myself felt very much at home. Everything from the sheets and pillows to the kitchen appliances and cookware are high end. We were able to find everything without difficulty. The pool is gorgeous and the outside patio with tv and seating area are so comfortable. We will staying here again in the future.❤️😊

This property is extremely clean & STUNNING! When my family and I walked in, we were in aw at how amazing the property was. This house had condiments, coffee, drinks, snacks, towels, goggles, everything you would need for a beach day and tons of games. All we really needed to bring was clothes! The pool and hot tub was amazing to relax in after a day at the beach. 10/10 recommend this place!

This home and the hosts are nothing less than five star. The home is gorgeous, immaculately clean attention to detail is so evident. The home is stunning if you couldn’t leave because of weather or because of any situation, there’s plenty to entertain you here they make sure there’s everything from a Band-Aid to the most luxurious linens anything you could want The hosts are generous and clearly concerned that they present a five-star experience. The cabinets are clearly detailed as to what’s inside they have every little thing to cook with, and to serve with such a quiet, peaceful location. The pool area is just so relaxing do yourself a favor if you’re looking for a staycation or someplace to stay in Florida and you’ve never been here you will enjoy this home and the hosts. There are games, books, pool toys, corn hole, barbecue grill, plenty of towels, and beach chairs and um umbrellas. My girls felt like they were staying on a reality TV show when people get to stay at some luxurious location they had Alexa that was programmed and easy to use for music. All the information was clearly provided. This is an amazing, amazing host. I couldn’t say enough about them.

Our stay was awesome! The home was beautiful and the owners provided so many extra touches from beach supplies to daily “essentials”. The master bed was extremely comfortable and the views of the gorgeous pools throughout the house were great! The screened in pool and jacuzzi was wonderful and very inviting at night with the lights. We were very close to several beaches and had no trouble finding parking spots when we got there. We stayed 2 nights, but wished we could stay longer! We would definitely stay there again.

This property is amazing. It has incredible upgrades. So incredibly clean too. The pictures just don't it justice. From the open concept to the well stock, well labeled kitchen spaces to the beautiful water features (pool, jacuzzi) to the massage bed, you will find that this property is a true oasis! We were celebrating my sister's 50th birthday with extended family. My sister was excited and happy that we booked this property. It is also nearby to beaches, stores, etc. This property did NOT disappoint. We would be happy to stay again! Word to the wise though ... book early. There is a good reason why there are few open dates. It was well worth the trip.

There is a WOW factor as soon as you enter this beautiful home! If I could give 10 stars I would for this property. From the constant communication with the owner, the ease of finding things around the home, ease of check in/check out, immaculately cleaned, the gorgeous pool area, and the well stocked kitchen/bathrooms, we did not need anything but the groceries for a few meals we planned to eat at home. This was the most well equipped/stocked home we have ever rented. We did not lack anything needed for the most comfortable stay. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us! We will be back again!

… because that’s all that was possible to give. The house and host deserve 10 starts! Read the other reviews, they all have the same thing to say. The house and host exceeded every expectation. The pool and hottub are amazing and easy to use. The house is stocked. Several east to use smart TVs. The oven and stove were a little confusing for 4 40-something dudes but we managed! The hosts were super helpful. Always responded immediately with any concerns/questions. Also, no checkout procedures other than “turn off the lights and lock up, we got the rest”. It was nice to not spend our last night stripping beds and collecting linens, doing dishes, etc. I’d stay here again for sure!

We had the best stay here during our Spring Break! Everything met and exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked through the door. The home was very convenient to the beaches, downtown Venice and Spring Training. Dorcia over-communicated throughout the process and was always very responsive, which we appreciated! The home had everything we needed for our stay, which made it easier on our family with what we needed to pack (beach chairs, towels, etc). 5 stars without hesitation and would stay again in a heartbeat!!! Appreciate the hospitality.

This house was absolutely perfect for us. Everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we needed were available. It was the best welcome treats for any rental I’ve ever stayed at. They did an amazing job supplying kitchen needs, which so many rentals don’t do. (Cooking oils, seasonings, etc). The house was very clean and the pool and hot tub were so relaxing. The location was conveniently located to the beach and the Braves Spring Training park. The house had a list of great suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. The communication with the owner very helpful. This was perfect for family bonding, beach, and baseball!! We will absolutely stay here again if we come for another spring training trip!

I had high expectations for this house at this price point, and the house exceeded my expectations. Check in was simple, house was clean, and gorgeous. Hosts were very responsive if needed, but not intrusive. Neighborhood was quite. The pool was the highlight of the stay. Beds were comfortable and high quality. Upon entry the little extras make you feel very welcomed. I've been VRBOing for several years now and stayed in some very nice homes (all 10's in my opinion), but this property was the nicest so far.

This home was great for our family! It is the best stocked home we have stayed in, with great labeled cabinets and cupboards, and truly has everything you would need. The layout is great and the home is spotless. We will definitely stay again! Amazing! If we could use one word for our experience at this property, that would be it. Five stars is an understatement. The property is simply beautiful and only outweighed by the amenities provided and the hosts great communication and desire to be sure our stay was perfect. My husband and I, along with our two adult children and two-year-old granddaughter stayed at this property the week after Christmas 2022. It simply could have not been a better experience for all of us. The home is spectacular, extremely well decorated, like new condition with state-of-the-art appliances and absolutely everything you could ever want for a perfect getaway. Everything you could possibly desire is provided. The hosts went out of their way to be sure that it's easy to get comfortable and understand how to enjoy the very many amenities, even the light switches are labeled so you just get it! Everything, and we mean everything is very upscale! Even the beach chairs, if you should choose to visit a beach, are not only ready for you but also of the highest of quality and condition. The outdoor space, which includes a fantastic pool, spa and expansive seating area is very private. It was hard to leave it to come back inside. And the inside is as inviting as the outdoor space. It was hard to decide where to relax the most. The fact that the MBR suite is on the opposite end from the other bedrooms allows for privacy for all. The location is very quiet and upscale yet within minutes of restaurants, stores, parks, beaches and more. Boredom will not be a factor here. We so look forward to returning again and again. Thank you for making our visit such a great experience! Again, simply said, “amazing.”

I flew in to TPA on the redeye, with my husband and 3 children (15, 12 and 9 yr. old). After a 5-hour flight and 1.5-hour drive from the airport, we were all pretty exhausted to say the least and just wanted to rest. The home looked amazing from the outside and I could not wait to see a bed, any bed and start catching up on some ZZZ's. I could not believe how pristine this home was. Everything from the vaulted ceilings, the crown molding, to the hard wood floors and perfect lighting in every single room. Perfection just doesn't cut it. My 15-year-old is disabled and cannot walk very well. This rambler was ideal for him. The master bath had a walk-in shower that allowed him to bathe without assistance. The pool was also perfect for him because it had sitting areas for him where he can sit and splash and not have to stand the whole time. My other two children spent hours in that pool. They pretty much just came out to sleep and eat. We had our Thanksgiving feast in this home. The kitchen had everything I could ever dream of. I was able to make a turkey, ham, pies and mashed potato without having to run to the store because of a missing appliance. This home was beyond well stocked with items I normally do not find in any other rental home. The bathroom vanity had extra toothbrushes, his and hers deodorant, hair elastics, Qtips, and so much more. We spent one of the days at Manasota Beach. This home had umbrellas, and plenty of chairs for us to take on our endeavor. They even supplied baskets and strainers to look for shark teeth. My kids had such a blast that day! Communication with the owner was fantastic. We flew in on the red eye and allowed us an early check in. everything from the WIFI to the entrance code was well explained as well as written notes in the home helped us get around. If ever you are in Venice or anywhere near this area, I strongly recommend this home. It will be your home away from home.

This home ranks at the top of our list. We have rented properties in Florida previously, but this one ranks number # 1. Everything from booking, communication, arriving, staying and learning the high tech appliances, was so nice and smooth. We didn’t think we would have much use for the hot tub and pool, but as it turned out……we utilized them everyday for our 10 day stay. We went to 2 local beaches within 10-15 minute drive. With the use of the equipment the property provided , we have over a hundred beautiful sharks teeth to add to our collection. The property is more beautiful in person and will spoil you upon entrance. The best of everything surrounds you along with the beautiful design of every room. Attention to detail is apparent in this luxurious villa. The only problem we had is…. We never wanted to leave!
