This house is amazing! The Hosts are also very responsive and helpful.we had all our siblings and wives come down and stay here, plenty of room for everyone, the guys went out and played golf on RTJ courses which are very close by, and the gals toured the City. plenty of nice places close by for dinners together downtown.The house offers so many things to do as well, we stayed in 2 of the nights and enjoyed the abundant games available in the basement and in the Speakeasy which was so cool!The decor in the house is perfect. The beds are comfortable, and AC was pumping out cold air for our entire stay!!would highly recommend this property if you have a large group and want to hang out!mentioned to the host that we were going to grill out steaks for my birthday dinner and they made sure we had the Grill tools to use for the evening. Kitchen is large and has enough space for large meal cooking also a huge pantry to store your items for your stay.Dining area is also large and enough seating for up to 12 people comfortably.

Everything was as expected and in order. Great location for access to restsuants and in our case to get to Robert Trent Jones trail for golf. I eoild have liked to have had more instructions on the check in snd check out pricess earlier. The host did respond quickly to sll of my questions when asked. Thete just was nothing published or written in the house

We booked this house for a bachelor trip for a group of 12 guys. The house itself was spacious and exactly as pictured. Our only complaint was that the pool table was not playable as advertised, the balls all rolled to one side and was in rough shape which was a bummer because it was one of main reason we booked this place.
