The max number of house guests must equal the max number of sleeping accommodations our home allows for (10 guests over the age of 6 + 2 children under the age of 6) • The home has been fitted with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher for your safety and security. • Your reservation includes up to 1 washer and 1 dryer cycle per day. Each additional cycle will incur a $20 fee. • A noise detector has been installed in the Florida room to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors.
