No parking, anywhere near the room. I received a £95 parking violation while trying to have breakfast across the street. So noisy and there’s a group of day drinkers that hang around all hours and harass people walking by. The mattress on the bed had metal springs poking up exery where and there’s no where to sit a suitcase. The other tenants slammed doors continuously.

We were in Derry for 5 Nights. The property was centrally located. Clean. Quite neighborhood

VRBO dropped the ball on this one. It hadn’t informed the property manager about our stay which meant we had to call him to the property. Luckily there was rooms available or we would have been out on the street. VRBO said the property manager would contact us but he didn’t even know we had confirmed and paid for the room. One negative about the rooms was that the beds were not overly comfortable and perhaps in need of replacement
