Central location, spotlessly clean, lovely inside and easy check in and out. Kierans fab too lovely breakfast this morning. Everything you need for a stay in Derry. It's so elegant inside and all the rooms have their own names. We stayed in an en suite which was spotless and had towels and everything we could have needed.
Can't fault the place.

The location was absolutely amazing as it is central to the Halloween event that we attended
I expected a hot breakfast, fry up or eggs! But there were options of cereal, toast, yoghurt, fruits etc

Fantastic location, my single room was small but exceptional, very quiet, nice bathroom, comfy bed, great breakfast and owner Kieran is a star. Thank you, can't wait to come back.

The location was good just a short walk to the shops and millennium forum and bus station. I believe there should of been a hot breakfast option for those that do not eat cereal.
