Easy self-check in using code operated smart Yale locks. Tea, coffee, water provided in the room. Overall nice room with good interior design. Walkable distance to Derry City centre. Quiet, residential area. Nice and fresh smelling towels and bedding, good quality linen and comfy bed. Overall tidy and clean. Daily room cleaning provided. Quick response from host too.
Some maintenance issues in the property that have been flagged to the host: missing shower gel dispenser (only shampoo available), coat hanger hook missing and another one falling off under a light jacket, WiFi details weren't included in the welcome email and had to ask for them. Also bathroom fan is very dusty and would need cleaning. Room is much smaller in reality compared to what we envisaged based on the pictures. No air conditioning, windows had to be left open overnight.

Room size was good, the bed was also big enough and comfy
The thermostat was not working and the room was so cold, we contact them and they said that was fixed and when we went back the issue was still there, no answers, help, or solution at all we slept completely cold
