We had a lovely stay at the Belvedere. From our arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were simple, but stylishly decorated, and we all had a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is wonderful, with beautiful views overlooking the old cité.
It's an easy 10–15 minute walk downhill from the hotel to explore the cité, although it's worth bearing in mind the uphill walk back, particularly during the summer heat. The château is also easily accessible via the flatter road along the top.
Dinner in the hotel's restaurant was a real highlight of our stay. The food was excellent, and there were good options for the children as well. A good offering for breakfast as well.
It was the perfect stopover for us on our drive down to the South and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Rocamadour.
It was great that the hotel had access to a swimming pool but it is located at one of the other Logis hotels in the town, a short 10 minute walk away. Its not far and it was a lovely pool but a bit less convenient than it could have been.

Our room was very comfortable and well appointed , we had a lovely view . Clean and very comfy bed .
Our meal in the evening was delicious and would highly recommend eating here were delighted
We went to bed early 9.30 sadly it became apparent the kitchen was above our room we were unable to settle as it was rather noisy, we mentioned this to a member of staff who acknowledged this by coming into our room , it did quieten around 11.00. We were offered 1 complimentary breakfast

The location was excellent for visiting Rocamadour and the surrounding area. Good parking. Scenic view from hotel.
The meal in the restaurant was mediocre and did not represent value for money. There was constant piped music which proved to be intrusion after a while. It could be heard through the bedroom window at night.
