This was our second time here and it was even better. The second time the rooms are nice size lovely views of the garden of the pool area. We appreciated the outdoor chairs for us to sit by our room and have a glass of wine at the end of a long day. The pool was well maintained, and the outside areas were very clean and manicured. The staff was super flexible with our late arrival and our early departure.
Not a negative, but we sure missed the restaurant that we ate at when we stayed the first time 14 years ago for dinner. The breakfast is lovely though, with a great buffet and many options.

Great location for exploring Rocamadour, excellent pool area, possibly due for some renovations as the property is aging. Excellent host, helpful and accommodating.
Needing renovations? Front door latch not keeping door closed, seemed a bit dated

- Because we were arriving late, the staff took the time to phone me and made sure I knew where to go when I arrive. The room was open with the key there, a very nice gesture from the staff. Thank you!
- Private free parking
- Staff seemed very friendly and ready to help
- Room and bed size not what was expected for the price
- Breakfast excessively expensive for what was served (sausages with hard plastic around, scrambled eggs looked more like a soup). No water? A basic overpriced buffet (sorry for the honesty)
- I really don’t get all the fuss and 9+ scores, the place is nicely located, has a shared swimming pool but let’s not overreact
- It seemed like a family run business, they took their time chatting a lot with the guests in the expensive chalets, bigger rooms and I repeat, they all seemed very nice! But let’s not mix nice staff/location with quality/price ratio.
