We were moving into the King City area and needed a place to 'land' and stay for a few days while our condo was being painted. This was the ideal location and very comfortable -- we slept well and had the amenities we needed.

Me and my partner stayed here for a weekend. It was the perfect place for us. Amy was very informative and quick to respond to messages. The space felt private and it was very clean, had good amenities for our stay. The area was also high quality and easy to find.

It was fine for a quick trip to Portland. The owner Amy was easy to communicate with. Check in and out were easy. I would only suggest a bit more attention put on details of cleaning.

This vrbo was perfect for our weekend trip. It was clean, private, and comfortable. Amy is so kind, she picked us blackberries and they were very good. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Accommodations were very private and comfortable. I felt like the host was at my disposal should I need anything, (I didn't) while staying out of sight. Would definitely return!

I really enjoyed staying her for three days. I was babysitting during the day for my daughter. It was a quiet, clean, comfy (wonderful bed, fabulous shower) & stocked (coffee, snacks, cold water) respite. I did not need restaurants or to do shopping and I didn’t see those on my short drives. If this is important to you, speak with the host. I highly recommend this one!

Woke up first night to a great view. Hostess was helpful in getting me in when I first arrived. Coffee pot and grounds were available in the room as well as an array of good snacks. I will come again and stay here.

Had an event to go to in Tigard and this was close by. The property was very quiet and restful with a secure, private entrance. The host thought of every need, while keeping the space compact and efficient.
