THINGS TO KNOW This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort. Your reservation is through Vacasa and not through Hawks Cay Resort, therefore, you do not have access to some amenities offered by Hawks Cay Resort (including all resort pools). It is your responsibility as a Vacasa guest to determine what if any Hawks Cay Resort amenities are available to you. A daily resort fee for access to Hawks Cay Resort amenities is not offered by Hawks Cay Resort. As a guest of this vacation rental, you can enjoy access to Angler & Ale, Sixty-One Prime, Dolphin Connection (with pre-purchased tickets/must purchase prior to being inside the resort), Calm Waters Spa, Duck Key Marina, and fishing charters at the Marina). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. My wife and 5 month old stayed here for about a week. The small pool was perfect for all of us. House was clean and had everything we needed. Angler and Ale restaurant was the best we ate at while in the Keys. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived and had an issue getting into the property. Besides that no issues except minor stuff, like we like to fish, but the dock area is blocked off for repairs. To be extra picky, didn't like that there was no bathrooms downstairs. Besides that the place was perfect. On my way out I had an issue with the door not wanting to lock from the outside, but a quick phone call got that handled. We love Duck Key! 4.5 out of 5

Property was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was nice and had what we needed. Location is good. Publix about 20 minutes south. The property is located on a canal, however, it is NOT accesable at all from the unit. Overall, a lovely stay, just bummed we couldn't launch our paddleboards from the dock along the rear of the property.

Stayed here with another couple. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and quiet area here. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great for our 2 couples. We enjoyed the small dipping pool. The kitchen was very equipped. We had an excellent stay and would recommend this rental!

Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and great location. Wondered about the pool that had jets but we were so tired we did not use it. The home guide tells how to use the button for the bubbler, but we could not find this.

Duck Key is the perfect stopping point on a relaxing weekend in the keys. Just about halfway between Largo and West and a stunning gated community/resort at that. The home is inviting and extremely well equipped. We loved our stay there and would gladly go back. Also good to note there is a decent sized Publix supermarket about 20 minutes down the road to make self catering easy and a lovely restaurant within the resort, as well as some great spots just outside the gates.

Came down with my husband and three kids in early 20’s. Everything was wonderful. Property was clean and exactly as it appeared in the listing. The washer/dryer was nice to have. We loved the patio!

If people are looking for a relaxing quiet stay this is the place for you. The condo is small but well-equipped and very clean. The hot tub and the back patio were nice. We had a small problem with the thermostat when we first arrive but Dannielle from Vacasa had it repaired immediately. We would consider staying here again.

The unit itself was well done, clean and well supplied with dishes, utensils, etc. there were a few problems. The front door lock would not work so we were not able to lock up when we left. I believe the thermostat was on a timer and the AC shut off during the day and we had to keep going upstairs to turn it back on. Hand rails in the shower/tub would be a welcomed safety feature and a mirror down stairs would have been nice. We were extremely disappointed in that we could not use the resort amenities. Not much around Duck Key so without use of the resort happenings , there’s not much to do. Also, we had hoped to have access to the dock behind the unit but it was closed for repaired without much hope of being open for a long time. We will not be back to any unit without resort amenities or dock access. Due to this, we cut our trip short and left early.
