It did not sleep 7 unless you count 1 king sleeping 3. Also there is only room for 4 to sit in the living room so if 7 adults go it is not enough room to gather and chat

House was easy to access, clean, and well maintained. House was equipped with nice towels, linens, and dishes. Only downfall was we did follow protocol to request laundry access with more than 24 hours notice, but it was not opened. After a day full of conversations and messaging, we were able to get access that evening. Frustrating we were not able to have access from the beginning as requested.

Communications with owner did not exist. The need to contact the owner 24 hours before arrival to use laundry owner wanted to know ahead of time our arrival time. Why? Numerous light bulbs were out. Holes in sheet. No cleaning supplies for minor clean ups. The house was clean upon our arrival.
