This was a great place to stay as we helped a family member move to Carlsbad from out of state. Especially nice with a fenced yard so my dog had plenty of room to run around. The host was a great communicator and I will stay again if available during another visit. Thank you.

We enjoyed the home. Everything was as listed. We enjoyed the location at the water and the beautiful sunsets from the garden. Nice kitchen with everything you need, including a bread toaster as part of the magnetron, something we had never seen before! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and sleeping great. Overall a great choice for spending a few days to explore SW New Mexico!
