Decepcionante estadía en un hotel que le sobran estrellas.

La vista al golf y la montaña. Las habitaciones son grandes. La comida del restaurante es rica. La decoración es gradable.

El desayuno es malo, poca variedad, jugos artificiales, de los peores que ví en esta categoría de hotel. La pileta exterior no está climatizada haciendo casi imposible su uso. El spa es una pileta climatizada de dos por dos, todos los demás servicios se cobran aparte. La televisión del cuarto no es Smart y chica. Si bien la comida del restaurante es rica, tiene muy pocos platos y en la semana que estuvimos siempre hubo faltantes. No tiene Transfer a la ciudad, por suerte estábamos en auto porque San Martin está a 17 kms Fuimos de luna de miel y de cortesía solo nos dieron un espumante caliente.

Muy recomendable, habitación amplia, mobiliario y baño excelentes, la vista a las montañas es increíble.

Debería mejorar la propuesta de desayuno, de todas formas es correcto.

La distancia . Es lejos del centro , estás en un condominio de golf y está a 30 min del centro. Cada vez que sales y entras al condominio debes abrir la maleta para que la revisen

Nice stay, but old place

The hotel is located quite close to San Martin de los Andes, within a golf course - the hotel surroundings are therefore very quiet and peaceful. We could even see some geese wandering about, and a rabbit or two! The restaurant offers a magnificent view of the mountains and of the sunset. Food is good, though the choice of dinner isn't immense. The staff, however, was awesome: Gabriela, at the front desk, was immensely helpful when it came to answering our many questions regarding the hotel. Her mastery of French came in very handy, and she was also able to accomodate our request for a room with twin beds, and an extension of our stay. Fernando, one of the spa therapists, is also a real asset to the hotel, as he is highly skilled (the quality of the massage was uncomparable so far!!).

It's an ageing place, and needs renovations. The rooms are devoid of air conditioning (which is especially an issue for those rooms facing West, as the setting sun heats them up to unpleasant hotness). The bathtub in our room was worn out, with unsavory brown stains. The spa smells of damp and its equipment is outdated, or even dangerous as per current standards (for example: steam bath with steam outlet directly next to one's feet = risk of burns, scottish shower is scalding hot, etc.). The gym is no exception: the treadmill is old and wobbly, and one can't set both an incline and a speed lest one encounter some mysterious error that stops the treadmill... All in all, it was a pleasant stay (mostly due to lovely staff), but the state of the hotel doesn't match one's expectations of a 5-star hotel.

La excelente atención del personal de recepción en especial, Sabrina que siempre estaba con una sonrisa y te asistía en todo para que pases una buena estadía

No tenía bar/cafetería, pocas instalaciones, si te quedas en el Hotel por que nevaba había pocas cosas para hacer, También si bien el desayuno es excelente, para almorzar o cenar poca variedad de platos

the tennis court was supposedly first come first serve but when we started to play, other people kicked us out because they were ‘club members’ and had priority.

the spa facilities were not good, there is only one pool. anything else you need to order it in advance. staff needed to prepare the sauna or the water circuits with more than an hour and a half in advance. ridiculous.

Facilities, the property itself

Staff and service needs improvement. They forgot to pick us up at the airport. The following day, we asked for a taxi and they also forgot to call one. Food at the restaurant was served cold. After arriving from a ski day, nobody helped us opening the doors for us and also didn’t offer us to leave the equipments by the front desk. Basically they pretend they are not there for you.

Great views of the mountains from your bed

The views are beautiful from everywhere and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and organized activities for us. The spa offers a great water circuit not to be missed!

Amazing place.

The staff, Sabrina and Matias were amazing, they planned all our activities and recommended and reserved for us the best restaurants in San Martin de Los Andes.

The location. It's half an hour going and half an hour coming back every time you want to go to the downtown and come back. Cleaning the room is every three days. Being a 5 stars hotel, it should be every day.
