No desk person at hotel until 10 am. Unable to drop off bags

The apartment was really nice; everything worked; everything was clean. We did not understand how to get to the front desk . . . The door requires a keycode that we had not received. Once we got in the first time, everything worked well.

The kitchen’s tool are old, kitchen’s appliances (oven and microwave) are dirty.

The apartment is amazing. However, the location is weird. Nice restaurants, rundown buildings, homeless in a park and cool stores. Weird.

Nice loft. However, never received the instructions and for 2h it was radio silent, no one did pick up the phone. Checkin 3hours later than advertise and had to improvise an activity while waiting for an answer. Nice place but service that day was terrible.

The room was clean and well equiped. Check in information was not sent to me. I had to call and request it. The premises are clean but the neighborhood is little skatchy, a lot of homeless people near the building.

It's ok, but perhaps a bit overpriced for a place with no parking or hotel amenities. It's like an apartment at hotel prices.

After I booked, they wanted me to text a copy of my credit card and ID, no place to check in. All the towels were in the washing machine dirty not washed. Ordeal to get clean towels. Room was 28C, only a small ac on the wall that was not the appropriate size for the room. The bunk beds were nowhere near the AC, and blocked by a wall, so too hot.

Safe, clean, quiet, easy to find. We enjoy our stay.

While the outside could use a wash (it was late winter after all), the high ceilings and modern finishes made for a comfortable living space. Excellent bakery nearby. Centreville was a short walk.

Building façade is historic low rise in appearance and adds to the charm. On a main street with frequent bus transportation (one is from the airport bus 80) that passes close to the loft hotel. Modern interior. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedding. Amazing large loft windows facing boulevard Charest East. Walking distance to the old town. The reception area has a map of the old city and walking routes. Highly recommend to do walking routes.

Felt just like home! Really nice loft, area was busy and a bit further away from where we wanted but we got to see the city more. Great bakery near by and a neat place just down the street where we ate, drank, and played board games. Loved it!!

They should help with taxis or mobility to the airport.

The property is in a good neighborhood, walkable to old town, but also public transit close by. It was clean and well appointed. It could use some hooks on the bathroom wall

I liked the clean atmosphere and modern feel. But unfortunately, there is no parking lot.

We loved our stay here! We received an email with all the info we needed for a simple “check in”. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our loft was super cozy and had everything we could ask for. Super well situated too - so many restaurants around and a 30-minute walk to Old Quebec. We parked the car nearby (Dorchester parking lot) - around 18$/day. I strongly recommend staying here.

With all the Covid closures, it was nice to have a proper dining area to eat our take-out! It was a nice home away from home close to everything

I love the design, the furniture and shower. Even the hallways are stunning. We often stay here and are always happy with the cleanliness, location and service. Merci!

The loft is clean and we were provided with all the necessities we needed for the two night stay. I will stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed the loft experience. This was our second time. This location, however, has a very difficult loading/unloading and parking situation. Not good. Also, when I needed help with the thermostat, no one was at the front desk and I couldn’t locate anyone on site. I had to place a call and wait. Also, on the morning we checked out, FINALLY staff were present at the front desk. It was pouring rain and I asked for an umbrella. They didn’t have any available for guest use! Also, no help was offered when I needed to briefly park out front so we could pack up the car. I had to speak to a city construction worker, who didn’t speak English, to ask if we could do so. Not an easy task when I don’t speak French very well. In my opinion, the front desk staff, when they did make an appearance, were of ZERO value, while they hid behind their computer screens. Very unacceptable!
