Pleasant

Great size - located outside the high frequent tourist areas, but lively

Apartment needs a general cleaning- many of the dishes used were not clean - kitchen cabinet doors are sticky - a lot of dust in various locations

Nice location with interesting restaurants within walking distance.

Figuring out how to enter was challenging but once we understood it was ok. Host was very responsive to assist.

Noisy at night in the common areas as across from a nightclub but the bedrooms are in back so was ok for sleeping.

Very nice appartment and owner.

The apartment is big, with nice decoration, kitchen full equiped. Highly recommended. You can walk easily to the old town and not far from the train station. Plenty of services around.

The neighborhood was safe but with strange people and drunks. There is a disco right in front and the people in the street were very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. However, just two steps from the best bakery and pastry shop in the city where you can buy excellent breakfasts and desserts.

amazing and relaxing stay

the location was central close to restaurants and walking distance from old Quebec City. the apartment was just like it was shown in the photos, very beautiful and spacious. the host allowed us to check in early. we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Short stay in a beatiful city

Easy access to appartment. Good communication with the owner.

Very loud surrendings. The noise on the street all night long is difficult to accept.

love the location and the property itself was clean and spacious.we were just confuse at first where to park. it was at the back of the building.

Exceptional

Everything. Restaurants, groceries and much more a few steps of your door. Certainly, I reccomend this host and its properties.

If you rather stay in a quiet place, you should be aware that the nightlife (music, crowd, noise, etc) is right in front of your window (literally). My stay was on the weekend so, maybe during the week this is not an issue.

Was a pleasant comfortable place to be, room for all of to sit and longe a watch a movie.

Location was great, in the middle if happening area. Lots if great nightlife. Cafe near by for great coffee and sweets!

Lots of steep stairs, housekeeping was lacking; no top sheets on beds, heavy duvet on beds, making it too hot to sleep.

Great stay

Spacious apartment with parking in a busy neighborhood, full of restaurants. 20-25 minutes walk to Old Quebec. Our family of 5 enjoyed it thoroughly. My daughter wished the kids had the same room back home :) THe kitchen is large and well stocked. The dinette was great to have family meals in. The bedrooms located on the back of the building, so the noise from the busy street below is not bothering. Great place!

Great Stay in Quebec City

Well situated, comfortable and spacious, we enjoyed our family vacation to Quebec City. Great place for a family with teens... not necessarily with young kids.

The hallways and the building itself isn't the best... Quite a few homeless people around the building.

Lovely, pleasant apartment, and just what the four of us needed. Very close to our activities.

Lovely apartment with a good kitchen, dining table, very nice bathroom, comfortable beds and good natural light. Located in a lower city Latin quarter with great cafés and bakeries, walking distance to everything.

There was a party next door late into the night and the street entrance was quite dirty. A man with a cane was sitting on the doorstep during the two days and it was even difficult to open the front door. A note about taking out the garbage or facing an extra charge was hidden in one of the lower drawers.

Very clean, well located, and with plenty of space.

We had many problems trying to sleep. Our app was next to the street and could listen until 4 am aprox people screaming. VERY noisy.

Really enjoyed it overall. Will consider again on next trip.

Location was terrific.

Not anything that can be done about it, but an elevator is sorely needed. Steep staircases with heavy luggage was tough to manage.

It was a very spacious and clean apartment at a very nice location. The nearby streets are full of bars and restaurants. Our host was amazing and made sure we had a comfortable stay.

Nice apartment close to attractions

Good location, surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Good vibe with a younger university crowd on the streets given proximity to Laval University. Walking distance to the Old City and attractions (20 mins with some good uphill climbs). Apartment very nice and well equipped.

Although very clean and well maintained, the only thing I would recommend is changing the shower curtain as it gives off a strange, wet towel smell
