Apt is in an up and coming neighborhood. 25-30 minutes to walk to old town Convenient parking. Was a little intimidated on arrival by needle dispensary across the street and people milling about but We had no problem, it was orderly and quiet. Studio is very modern and clean

Very large space with comfortable furniture and all the necessary amenities. It’s a bit of a walk to Old Quebec but still doable (or an easy bus ride). The Saint Roche neighbourhood nearby is also nice, as well as the restaurant one block away from the property.

Apartment clean and well appointed. Looks as it does in the photos and host was very responsive and polite. We had an electric car and parking in the underground was easy with the parking spot that had charging option for a reasonable price. Comfortable king size bed in 206.
