Last night stay in Madrid and it was FANTASTIC!!! The staff was over-the-top helpful and kind; the room was immaculate and well pointed and the location was spot on! It will be our home away from home when we're back in Spain! ALWAYS!!

Everything about this property and the staff were above and beyond our expectation. The management upgraded our room and even sent us a bottle of champagne in honor of our anniversary. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Honestly, this hotel far exceeded all of my expectations. It's absolutely gorgeous. Our room (the Junior Suite) was absolute perfection. This was the final two days of my family's Spain holiday - my husband and I with our 14 year old son. Even HE was impressed!
We spent a lot of time by the pool. The service, the vibe, the food and the drinks were all fabulous. Breakfast is well worth the additional cost. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Madrid.
