Great staff and amazing rooms. The breakfast was good and cooked to order. Our half board option was worth every penny. The only negative was some stone dust on the roof of our 4 poster bed. Finding the hotel can be tricky, just a small brass plaque outside.

The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift.

To be totally fair and honest we moved to the sister property Palazzo Flora due to a plumbing issue , literally next door. This small hotel was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING.
Parking can be a challenge near the port but with your persistence. Highly recommend the hotel
