An incredible property. Amazing rooms. Outstanding restaurants. The spa is beautiful. The Rosewood at Miramar Beach offers everything at the highest level. However it is the team that elevates the experience to that into rarified level. You are spoiled from the moment you arrive until departure. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Property is stunning, service as well. For a first class experience, front desk should walk to shuttle guests to the room. Property is big and confusing. I saw many guests experience the same confusion.

Beautiful property with greenery annd LISC landscaping.A lot of potential.guests brought own music to the pool (competing genres and loud thumping was not environment we expected for the overwhelming price. Not relaxing, staff reluctant to request guests turn off or use earphones. No communication on beach issue / staff not raking tar oil line left by tides to minimize STICKINESS on guest feet. They had oil slick wipes although not enough and didn’t offer to the 12 people I saw in 20 min get major gunk on feet /shoes etc. Beautiful although expect more customer service for this price point! Food amazing although prices high and portions tiny just because. We were charged for beach bill that was not ours and reception took it off at check out time & apologized. Town car shuttle to / from restaurants in town was busy so we used Uber several times.

Beautiful property, we enjoyed the spa, the beach, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, the adult pool, walks on the beach but be aware there is tar. All the restaurants serve delicious food.

The property is so beautiful. Mix in the friendliness of staff. Valet service and luggage assistance excellent and friendly service. Shop people and bartender not so much. They need additional training on how to provide top notch service by being attentive and welcoming. Bartender saw that we sat down but continued spending 10 minutes with other guests when he could’ve at minimum acknowledge us and let us know he will be right with us…something?! Oh ans they started cleaning up for closing 45 min before. Like they couldn’t wait??!! Shop by registration was the worse service ever. No greeting or ask if they can assist. Should close the doors when they close up or put up a sign. Instead of a rush of moving/rolling racks away! Do not like that we had to wait 15 minutes for an iron and ironing board. Just put them in the room!! The property is so beautiful even with a few bad points, I can't take away the excellent rating. Definitely highly recommend!

The Rosewood is one of our favorite hotels in the world! The staff was amazing, attending to our every need. Javier at reception was the best, immediately making us feel welcome and special. We can't wait to go back!

This hotel lives up to every single excellent review. Absolutely beautiful and beyond five star service. As an example I have my dog Hunter with me and practically everyone on the entire staff knew my dogs name and greeted us when we walked by. Incredible staff, amenities and grounds and I hope to return one day when I can afford more than one night ! It was heavenly though!

Very nice property but big service issues still to resolve, no availability at spa so couldn’t redeem my free spa credit, Very expensive, but don’t mind that if things worked which they didn’t, severe lacking in service.

Was denied a reservation in Carpenteria. Since I booked on Hotels.com, they were able to substitute to Rosewood-Miramar. I was only staying for the night but was treated as a valued longtime guest. The service was impeccable. From the valets in front to the front desk to bell service guy who drove me to my room, I was given the full VIP treatment. Thank to everyone at this wonderful hotel, I really enjoyed my short time spent there. Try the Rosewood-Miramar the next time your in Montecito and experience world class service.

This is a beautiful resort with friendly, helpful staff. It is an immaculate facility. Criticism is mainly about food - dinner was average in the main restaurant, menu not very creative and there did not seem to be a reasonably priced breakfast option - how about coffee, fresh fruit and pastries outdoors near the beautiful pool? Check out issue was related to being locked out of room at 11:45 when we wanted one more check of the room and bathroom stop before a 2-hr drive home! We understood check out was at noon. Valet parking staff was excellent.

Rosewood Miramar is a beautiful property and management goes out of their way to keep it that way. What I did not like about the visit is the lack of daily room service, you had to request room service. For the price you would expect but I also put it down to being short staffed. Confirming things did not always happen, again I think this was a matter of being short staffed and just getting back into the swing of things after opening up. I'd still recommend this place it's beautiful and wished we had booked a third night.

Absolutely Gorgeous property. Heaven on Earth! Unfortunately the managers( The Gods, Spa,Reception, Customer Hospitality) in particularly...have EXTREMELY and I mean EXTREMELY POOR communication skills between one another. Which leads to MAJOR CONFUSION for me the resort GUEST!
