Room needs some maintenance (door hinges loose, water damage on ceiling, small odds and ends) Pool area is great and store is convenient. Bikini bobs: avoid unless you need ice. Overall was worth the price of admission and I’ll be staying here again

First off, I purchased the insurance off expedia (6:11 pm) and 20 minutes after tried to cancel the room. The insurance said I had to do by 6:59am. Why was I charged for something that was already expired when purchased. Absolutely ridiculous. We arrived at 12:30am and the walk-in experience was terrible. The room smelled of mold and mildew that hit you in the face immediately. My son wanted to sleep on the sofa bed and when pulled down the sheet had piss and dirt stains. There were dirt/bugs on the sheet/mattress. Next when entering bathroom half the lights were out. If they couldn't notice something that simple, then they didn't care to clean the room. The bathtub had black mold all around the edges and was very dirty everywhere. There were no towels, wash clothes or linens. There were holes and tears in the chairs in the kitchen. We tried to contact expedia and the complex but since after hours we got no assistance. I would not sleep on the beds for fear of bugs. The next morning I contacted the complex immediately to get refund and leave the awful mess. The lady I spoke with denied that was her unit and said she couldn't offer assistance. We left to get breakfast and then I got a call from her stating she made mistake and it was there unit. She said they would refund and I told her we were not there and I would grab my things as soon as finished eating. When we returned we were met by another lady that was very defensive and rude. I had stayed at the Summit a handful of times years ago. I was happily surprised by the updates and how nice the unit we were assigned was! My only complaint is that the two main elevators were both out of order so the whole building was waiting to use one elevator. (March 2023 - Spring Break)

TV in living room had no sound. No clean linens for 2nd night; we ran out of towels. We needed extra cover for one of the guests (old and got cold). Check-in too late and check-out too early; feel cheated out of leasure time. Mutiple pools & hot tubs was nice although always crowded to very late at night. We mostly just stayed in our room and just enjoyed the scenery from our balcony (which was amazing view). All things considerd- would book again.

Elevators broken! Room was filthy, mold on ceiling, looks like throw up on the curtains on the sliding door. Shower curtain covered in mold, hair all in bottom of shower. Fire alarm was activated multiple days in the middle of the night due to age of system and a short in the wires. So that went off several times. Experience was horrible! Will Never again think about this property

The room and location was nice but the tv service provided did not work in the bedroom and had problems in the living room. Also, there was hair on the shower wall(cleaning could of been better). As for the property; there is only one set of elevators and one of them Moved super slow and ended up out of service on check out day. Took forever to get on and off.

The best part of staying there was being able to see the dolphins from our room. I also appreciated the security and parking was very easy. The pools, hot tub, and onsite eating/drinking areas were very nice. I liked the little kiddie pools too. It was pretty clean and for the most part quiet during quiet hours. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies. Not all the elevators worked and that was a huge downfall. I could not give the place a higher mark because the balcony door did not work and it took them a few days to come fix it. I could not open it or lock it. It still did not lock when I left. The screen door was never fixed and was resting against the glass door. I had to be careful our baby did not go near it so it would not fall on her. The dryer was not working efficiently and took two times longer to dry. The dishwasher did not work either. It was only 75 degrees when we were there and it was never cool in our room. It will most likely be very warm when it is actually hot outside.

This condo was very old and not kept up very well. The door to our balcony looked like someone had beaten it with a hammer and had no lock, which was stressful with children in the room. There were dirty silverware in drawer. The overall condition of the place felt “rode hard”, which I’m sure it’s seen some things in its demographic. Can also hear through the walls to other rooms, which got very awkward. If you are looking for a spring break pad and don’t care about the condition or noise from the bar or bungee park across the street, this might be the right fit. I did enjoy the balcony view except for constantly smelling cigarette smoke/ weed all hours of the day. This was mostly my mistake for not thoroughly checking the location. Glad we’re only stayed a few nights, otherwise we would have cut our loses and left.

Trip was great. Hotel could of been cleaner and more put together. There was a smell. Cracks and holes in wall. Door to washer was broke.

Security guy was a little rude when we first got there but must of been having a bad day. Everyone was friendly after that including him. Room was perfect for our family.

The unit was beautiful and had amazing views. However, there were loud redneck drunks around the pool until late hours every night playing loud music and screaming derogatory racial/sexist comments. There was only one other person in the entire facility wearing a mask and no-one was practicing social distancing. All but one of the elevators were broken so guests were packed into one, during a pandemic. There were signs posted about how to safely interact and enjoy the area, and we were appalled watching a 30ish male and wife lifted their middle finger in response. Needless to say, I stayed in the unit the entire time and did not get to enjoy the pool nor beach in fear of the population.

The bed frame on the king size bed was broke when we got here and when we laid down the middle of the frame broke.The shower didn’t have water pressure. But other than those things it was a good trip!

Wow the stay was quite enjoyable we found some cleaning issues. As far as the communication through mostly just email or text we found it lacking. All in all for the price I was slightly satisfied.

The condo needs updating! (New couches, new cabinets, new appliances, new paint) cabinets in kitchen are rotted out! There was a horrible smell when we first arrived and the dryer wasn’t working! They sent someone to fix the dryer and the owners were very responsive!

Was my favorite place to stay in Panama City beach, security came to our room at 4 am and arrested my brother for allegedly throwing a bottle from the balcony I asked if they had cameras to prove it they said they were all working but they never released him, then the following morning 4 police officers came into the condo and demanded us to leave the premises. They wouldn’t let us shower or brush our teeth, I talked to the ladies at the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do and that I could not get a refund but that’s not even the point we were very mistreated and have stayed there numerous times previously and have always been highly satisfied. Very unprofessional staff.

There was pubic hair in the tub and mildew on the shower curtain, also the toilets were very small and low to the ground which is hard on obese and handicapped people. Other wise it was enjoyable and relaxing. I loved the closeness to the beach and the mat on the sand almost to the shoreline was perfect.

The condo was clean and the view was breathtaking. In addition, the drinks at the Tiki bar were outstanding. On the other hand. The elevators are insufficient. Slow and not enough of them. We were lucky that the 7th floor wasn’t a horrific ordeal. Just didn’t go up and down often. Thanks for a great vacation!

the beach was great, but they only had 2 out of 4 working elevators, a couple of times they were down to only 1 elevator. the waits were long and the elevators were packed full. no chance of social distancing. very disappointed. the condo we had looked nothing like the one in the pictures. the online pictures are of a model unit or something. the unit you get will have the same floor plan, but our was much much older than what we saw in the pics online. very disappointing.

I reserved the location for a family of 5 and they only provided 3 towels. The front desk would not help with any requests since we booked through expedia. We were on the 5th floor and most of the elevator's would not work. The most dissappinting thing was that i reached out to the company 3 times with no reply at all. The messages even show they have been read. And no one ever got back to me. My family typically takes 2 vacations a year and we will not book another one through a vacation rental company again. We paid a good amount to not even get towels.
