Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming house for $65 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Serenity by the Sea - Studio Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Start each day of your Panama City Beach vacation with a dip in the nearby shared pool or a visit to the beach located right across the road. This adorable, ground-floor studio features a kitchenette, a cable-equipped flatscreen TV, recliner, and a plush, king-size bed. What's nearby: Stroll across the road and hit the beach via Public Beach Access 12 (right at the end of Crescent Drive). Head a couple miles east and visit St. Andrews State Park, where you can explore the pier or take a shuttle boat tour. Hop on the ferry over to Shell Island, accessible only by boat. While the Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals, just three miles from your door. Things to know: Free WiFi Kitchenette with a minifridge and microwave Central air conditioning Snowbirds welcome * To accommodate groups of up to six guests, Serenity by the Sea - Studio may be rented along with Serenity by the Sea - Main House as Serenity by the Sea. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Nice for a couple. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is right by room. It’s not on beach. Needs a little table and chairs but otherwise a great place for a weekend get away.

Stay was great only issue is there's nothing blocking the noise from the upstairs units last two nights upstairs neighbors made a lot of noise
