The studio was well maintained, secure, safe. The owners (Flavia and Lanfranco) are super nice people and picked us up at the airport when our flight was changed and late. You have use of a pool, a barbeque and there are multiple friendly cats. The refrigerator, micro, stove top, coffee maker all worked and helped us stay fed and prepare for the day. We walked to Antica archeological site. All good.

We had an excellent stay! Very close to the Ostia Antica Ruins which is a must do. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed including breakfast. The owners were so accommodating and very nice. Highly recommend this property.

My wife and I stayed here for one night between flights into and out of Rome. The airport pickup was good. The BnB is about 15 minutes from the airport and is 30 euros each way. We stayed in a cottage in the garden and found it quite delightful. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There is a bountiful self serve breakfast provided. We really enjoyed talking to our host, LanFranco, and appreciated him talking about points of interest on the way back to the airport as the BnB is very close to Ostia Antica. We would definitely stay here again. One little word of warning is to give yourself at least three hours to get to your gate at the airport. The line for Passport Control is around a kilometer long snaking through the concourse. We couldn’t believe it. A big thank you to LanFranco and Flavia!

I spent a very comfortable night before an early flight from Fiumicino. In the morning traffic, the drive to car rental return took about 25 minutes. I filled up at the corner gas station near the bnb and it was a straight shot to FCO. The area is quiet, the apartment had all I needed, and the host was very helpful and friendly and even a supplied everything needed for breakfast, including a coffee machine and pods and an electric tea kettle—much appreciated!! For longer stays it might be helpful to know there’s a grocery store very close by and a stove and microwave.
