In town for a wedding. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly. The valet parking guys were efficient and helpful.

The stay was very clean and the bed was comfortable! Very friendly front desk, we had to call because the remote control for TV needed batteries and they were very fast and the attendant changed the batteries and stay to get the TV working. We parked Vallet with them and they all were very friendly and help. I would recommend to stay here.

Guests above had kids that were disruptive. Notified hotel receptionist who mentioned I could be moved after 12 pm. As luck would have it, guests checked out of the hotel prior to. Additionally, coffee cups in the room had coffee stains/residue. I could only assume they were mechanical washed. There was also remnants of hair left behind throughout the room. Hotels stays such as this makes one question if the entire bed coverings were changed or just the sheets.

Nice hotel, great location within easy walking distance of everything downtown. We encountered two issues: the main light in our room was nonfunctional and though we reported it to the front desk they never relayed it to Maintenance. Also they told us breakfast went 'til 10:00 am, but it was only 'til 9:00. So we lost out on breakfast, which we learned the next day was VERY good - so, bummer.

We were not told breakfast closed at 9 AM. The gentleman running it offered to do a go box for us and he was nice but we still missed it because we didn't know and I was unhappy about that.

We stayed just overnight and it was a great choice for a quick stop. The room was clean, the beds were cozy and comfortable (if you like a soft mattress), and it was the perfect walking distance to Main street etc.

We were very disappointed with several aspects of our trip. First, the hotel offers breakfast until 10am, however at 9 am the staff started clearing up the breakfast. The buffet was out of eggs and we asked if there was more and were quickly told the breakfast was ending, to which we replied, isn’t it until 10? There was no toaster, and the trash was overflowing on both mornings we were there. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping at check in, to which we replied yes, only to find when we returned after 11pm, our bed had not been made, nor did we receive fresh towels. We were in and out of the hotel several times between Friday and Saturday and more often than not the front desk area could not be bothered to look up from their cell phones, perhaps that was more important than the paying guests at the hotel. Overall we were not impressed by the Hyatt and would probably not choose to stay there again.

Overpriced for what you get. Drywall damage on ceiling, stain on the couch, stopper in bathroom sink was stuck down had to break it to be able to use the sink, hairdryer was broken, could not use blackout shade or curtain as they were both broke. Definitely not up to Hyatt standards for the price. Front staff were friendly. Breakfast isn’t great. Will not be staying here or recommending to anyone

We stay in Greenville regularly with family close by. This was our first time at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the hotel’s location, being just a block off Main Street. The breakfast was very good. 2 small complaints: only mirror was in bathroom and the room smelled somewhat like cooking.

Hotel was very nice, clean. Room was spacious and hotel was quiet. Didn’t love that parking is in the garage across the road for pay but many hotels are moving towards that. Included breakfast was delicious. It was a great choice for a girls weekend!

We had excellent service, the breakfast was the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel the rooms were clean and lots of space. The hotel was close to everything in downtown. It was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back.

We booked our stay 3 weeks before our trip and chose this location specifically because it is close to the venue where we would be attending a concert. The day we were to arrive I received a phone mail saying that the hotel was overbooked and they would be relocating us to another Hyatt 3.5 miles away at no charge. I said that we did not want to move to that hotel and asked if there was any other way I could be compensated and I was offered 5000 Hyatt points. I then said that I wouldn’t be needed those points as I will never stay at a Hyatt property again.

The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was plenty comfortable and the staff was great. Very helpful and accommodating! I gave it 4 and not 5 stars only because the breakfast was forgettable. It looked good, but the waffles were stale and the eggs had a weird taste and texture; the food was very average in general. I would definitely stay here again and just choose breakfast items more carefully. We chose to use the valet service rather than shuffle our car around. It was worth the money especially since they allowed us to put our stuff in the car and leave it after checkout while we wandered around downtown.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We have no complaints everything was clean and quiet. Breakfast was enjoyable with a lot to choose from. Will definitely stay here again!
