One of the best, if not the best stays I’ve ever had in a hotel in the $100-$250 price range. Extremely clean. No odors in the hallways, elevator, or rooms. The front desk gentleman the night we checked in was super nice and friendly and check in was so very fast. Breakfast was a hotel breakfast but everything was kept clean and mostly stocked. Beautiful back deck with seating facing the lake and a pool area (didn’t go to the pool). Couldn’t really enjoy the area because if the hoard of bugs attracted to the lights at night. Beautiful view though and beautiful view from the room as well. Also it was very quiet. Husband was thrilled that there was someone there to make him a bourbon and coke before bed.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we always have a great experience. Right across the road from St Johns Town Center, so it's in a safe neighborhood. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean.

I highly do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for cleanliness and comfort. For the price it is worth, you’re better off going elsewhere. The hotel is only name and only pretty and clean on the 1st floor. After that, don’t expect much from your room. We found the coffee machine and cups dirty. The sofa bed had sheets tucked inside the couch that were stained and had hair on them. When you opened the sofa bed, there was also trash like napkins and bottle caps tucked inside. The beds are not firm at all, so you sink in the middle. Do not expect complimentary coffee in the lobby or water, you will be paying for it, which really is a bummer seeing as the coffee machine and cups in the room, were dirty. The phone in the room never worked and when we notified staff, we were told it would be fixed. It never was throughout our stay. During your stay, you will have to call for housekeeping. Don’t expect for your room to be clean even then. They never switched out the dirty cups or glasses. They also left behind dirty pillowcases sitting on the dresser. We were so disappointed by this stay. We booked this hotel, knowing it was expensive, thinking it would be pleasant, clean, and comfortable for my mom who was having an operation done and needed to rest. Unfortunately, we did not get that experience at all. Even when checking out, no one bothered to ask how the stay was. I had to say something about it, but it came with no resolution besides writing down my concerns.

Very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly. Breakfast bar with lots of fresh fruit. Even our picky eater was raving about it. Great outdoor area overlooking the lake. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants

I arrived sleepy and ready for bed. I was greeted and acknowledged immediately. In spite of his business with stocking, he immediately checked me in. Without mentioning it, he confirmed he may have been the individual who spoke with Kevin at Hotelscom to adjust my dates as he was anticipating an arrival. He confirmed my reservations, verified my credit card & ID, returned my personal items, and rendered me 2 key cards. I downsized from a double to a single since it was just me. A parking pass was awarded, along with clear instructions, and after dropping off my belongings in my room, I parked as advised, placing a small sheet of paper in the window. Then I was off to a little slice of heaven. I showered in a clean restroom, dressed in ample space, brushed my teeth on a clean, clear-of-clutter sink and counter, and crawled into bed before noticing a gorgeous view. I slept soundly throughout the night, well into approx. 10am. It was one of my more peaceful stays. Thank You. I would highly recommend staying here, even if you're leery of dogs. A+ Host Check-out was just as efficient.

My family and I had a great stay. The staff were amazing and very kind. The room and beds were very comfortable and Breakfast was also really good. The location was excellent and close to everything we needed for our stay. Special thanks to Karina for being so kind to my parents ❤️

Beautiful new hotel, located across the street from St. John’s Town Center. Free breakfast, heated pool, and bar open in the afternoon/evenings. Check out is at 12pm, which is nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Very easy stay at this Hyatt. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable! If you need to do any type of retail therapy this is the place for you. We left the car in the parking lot and walked across the street for our shopping venture!
