Prom night and several other loud parties. Thought valet service but no .. was told you can park behind hotel. 20 min later found parking spot . Dragged luggage .. front desk not friendly. Very plain average place

This seemed like a very new property - everything was sparkling and modern, but not over the top. Very nice lobby with a large bar. Didn't get to try the restaurant but heard good things about it. Did try the rooftop bar and it was great. Even though it was a winter evening, the overhead heaters kept it warm enough. Great views with a bar/snack and restaurant menu available. My room was very nice, clean, also modern/new and very nicely appointed. A very good value for the price.

The area lacked very many options for food and drinks. The hotel bar and restaurant were overpriced for the service and food. Employees spent more time on their phones or talking to friends. Just to stay at the hotel, there is an extra parking charge of $12 a day.

Staff was very accommodating. Went above and beyond to put our families rooms together . The cleaning staff were also so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean . Lobby is beautiful

Overall its a Nice hotel, pretty clean, the staff was very good, could use some updating. A few knocks would be no microwave in the room, The rod to close the curtains was broken off.

The hotel has a rooftop bar. Which is fine, except that one of the exits was RIGHT next to our guest room door. So a wedding party was using this door (which should have been blocked off but wasn’t) to loudly congregate and shout and talk right outside our door until almost 2am. If the door was properly secured it probably wouldn’t have been an issue. Or the hotel should put us somewhere away from the wedding party. For a room booked with three guests there were not enough towels. TV was cable only, no smart options or way to rent a movie. That’s about it. Good location and very nice lobby. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the room, I notified the front desk and they sent someone to check it. They supposedly fixed it, but didn’t really. They gave us a different room, all good now.

The hotel is very nice. However, the sofa in my room was a little worn outs. And there was one water bug in the room. Overall, it's still a very nice hotel.

Our room was spacious and comfortable.Only small gripe is that like many hotels as part of their cost saving plan (that the bean counters call eco friendly) big dispensers ared replacing individual containers of toiletries. A bit of a bind when you are in the shower, to find the shower gel is empty. If they really want to save the planet, don't set the air con at 60 degrees.

A great venue overlooking the savanna river in a planned community. Numerous restaurants in the ballpark across the street. We look forward to staying here again.

Great location. Unfortunately our room had an AC malfunction while we were sleeping. We woke to our room being very hot and humid. By the time we checked out it was 78 degrees. I mentioned it to the staff upon checkout and they didn't seem to care.

Unfortunately, this did not feel like a 4-star hotel. The room was not well vacuumed, there were crumbs on the couch. The paint in the room was in bad shape - patches in multiple spots. The onsite restaurant had terrible service - waited for 45 minutes for a meal to be served when there were only 5 tables occupied.

The staff charged for parking throughout my stay. Which I did not mind, except when I went to the parking lot, I noticed they were NOT charging anyone else for parking there. it was frustrating. How do I trust this hotel staff again? The gate was open all weekend and there were no tickets being given or redeemed for any parking.
