The front desk staff was HORRIBLE. Maya was rude and had no manners or consideration for guests. She is the reason I will never be back to this place. She needs extreme customer service training! The hotel itself was convenient for our trip. The rooms were clean but the beds are so hard and uncomfortable. I would give the hotel a 3 star but because of Maya, it’s a -1 star for me.

Friend desk staff was nice and accommodating. Only issue was the room key, which I had to get a new one 10 different times because it was never fully functional. Either work only for elevator, room or parking. Never all 3

Absolutely great, everyone was nice and accommodating. My only concern was that our bags were kept for us and twice they tried to give us a bag that was not ours. It did not make me feel comfortable that ours were being safely kept.

Spent two nights while visiting Disneyland. Spacious and clean room. Staff was friendly. Bed was a bit too firm but when you’re tired after Disney any bed is perfect. If we stay here again we will ask for a room not facing Katella. Busy all night with sirens, cars honking. Luckily we had a fab and white noise maker. But overall would definitely recommend.

Super convenient location. Close to Disney, conference center, Honda center, etc. Easily the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed on Air Force bases with jets flying all around. The traffic outside is non-stop and the windows do little to nothing to muffle the noise. If you want a solid nights sleep, you may want to find a different place to stay.

Room was very big and super clean. Beds were very comfy. We were really impressed by this hotel until our return to our room on the second day after a long day at the parks.. no housekeeping! We were very surprised to return to our room to discover it was untouched since we left very early that morning to go to the parks. We called the front desk to ask what was the deal and we were told we have to request housekeeping and we should have been told this at checkin.. we were obv never told this by anyone. They sent up a stack of towels as it was “too late” in the day to get the room cleaned. Pretty lame. It was a dark cloud over an otherwise great stay.

Staff is very friendly. Great breakfast options. Walk to the Toy Story parking lot and catch the shuttle to the Disneyland resort. Several dining and quick service food places nearby.

We stayed here for a couple days while visiting the LA area. This hotel is close to Disney, the convention centre and lots of restaurant options. The streets are clean and well-lit, safe. The hotel is clean, with all the amenities and a great included breakfast.

Overall experience was pleasant. Great breakfast in the morning, easy parking. The front market store was completely depleted the entire time of my stay, which was inconvenient - I had to walk across the street to the 7-11 to get snacks and drinks. I was not traveling with my kids on this trip, but it would have been a great option with the bunk beds, and the pool area - very nice for a Hampton!

I can't say enough good things about this Hampton Inn in Anaheim. The standard room is huge!! So much space. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast space was very large. The food was delicious too. I appreciated the front desk staff so much. We need to switch rooms to an accessible room and they did it with ease! Kudos to Nala and Angelo! Fantastic stay!

Wonderful hotel. Great location for downtown Anaheim. I went for a business trip for an event and Angels Stadium, and it was a quick 5-minute drive from the hotel. I also took advantage of some downtime to head to Downtown Disney one evening, and walked back in about 4 or 5 city blocks from the parks. The hotel was very clean, smelled very pleasant, and the staff was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again on future Anaheim trips.

This place was great because it is so close to Disneyland and easy to take the shuttle without having to pay for Disney parking because we left our car at the hotel. Also, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering sausage patties, scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuits, waffles etc.

We selected this hotel primarily because of its location (visiting Disneyland). However, the complimentary breakfast and cleanliness of the property was a delight. Staff are very friendly and responsive to requests. Our family of four had a very pleasant stay.
