Nice room, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also with variety and of good quality. Only downside is the quality of mattresses (beds and sofa beds) which was disappointing. Friendly staff !

This is our go to hotel when in the San Jose area. It is a modern hotel, it is clean, staff are friendly, Breakfast, wi-fi and parking are all free. It is close to several dining, shopping, grocery and other points of interest.

Clean and modern room. Could not sleep for two of three nights due to very loud guests in room above me. They partied from 10 pm until 4 or 5 in the morning. It was exhausting. People at front desk were pleasant but not very friendly.

Makenzie at the front desk is amazing, wonderful customer service. The breakfast was great and cool area to lounge in the lobby areas after a long day. We stayed in the studio suite really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hyatt House is a well maintained, family friendly state of the art hotel. We felt comfortable and relax at the property. The staff is very accommodating and polite. The breakfast is superb! What a nice surprise! Healthy choices and tasty food. I had an egg white veggie omelette, sausage links, fresh fruit (the fruit medley had berries!) bagels, coffee etc. we played board games and they have a full bar with big screens tv and a pool table. The swimming pool was bod I did not swim but my husband loved it. I sat in the pool are lounge and just enjoyed my self for the quick weekend getaway/ jazz concert and delicious wine from the Mountain Winery

This is the first time we stayed at a Hyatt House branded hotel. It was a pleasant stay. The facility was fairly new and offered good amenities at the price point. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean with comfortable beds. It has a nice long sofa couch to relax in, a microwave, and a mini refrigerator. The room we booked was a standard room without the kitchen. They did forget to restock cups for the coffee maker they have in the room. The blackout shade was locked so you can’t fully bring it down, which was a bit odd. The facility does offer hot complimentary breakfast with made to order omelets. The location was very convenient as it was next to the i-280 and near plenty of places to eat and buy supplies. Especially if you booked a room with a kitchen. The H Mart, Target, Marukai, Trader Joe’s, and others are all within less than 5 miles radius of the location. I would definitely stay here again.

On Saturday July 15, 2023, as I left with my omelette in the dining area, the male cook made a deragatory remark in a loud voice about how no one was leaving tips and then proceeded to use profanity. I don't believe such a rude and discourteous person deserves to be working in the hospitality business, especially for Hyatt, so I'm bringing this to your attention.

Folks, if you can find a decent sale, this is the place to book! Friendly staff, newly built clean facilities. Anita at the omelette bar was the highlight of morning breakfast. Thank you to all the staff!

Clean room. Clean hotel. Tasty free breakfast. EV charging was so helpful! The only nitpicky thing was that the elevator was reeeally slow. Loved it here. Will definitely be coming back and also staying at more Hyatt Houses in the future.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The staff was friendly and helpful, the property itself was clean and modern, and our room was fantastic. We really enjoyed the free breakfast in the mornings, which included an omelette station, a miso soup and rice station, a hot food station, and more! We will definitely be staying here for many years to come!

My stay here at Hyatt has been nothing but incredible from the staff. The staff were very friendly and greeted us and provided us further details of the stay. Breakfast selections was amazing as they have a build your own omelette section. I love the variety of breakfast they have to offer compared to other places I’ve stayed. The rooms were very clean and I love the fact how the rooms are separate from living area. Additionally, the area was safe, close to many shooing center and many restaurants and the mall. From this experience, I am continuing my hotels stay with Hyatt.

Very nice hotel. Very quiet despite being right next to the freeway. Plenty of free parking. We were only there one night so didn't get to use all of the amenities. My only complaint is that they "upgraded" our room, but we ended up with a queen bed instead of the king we had reserved. The mattress was way too soft for my (and my husband's) comfort. Otherwise it was great value for the price.

Thank you for the amazing stay. We enjoy our stay at Hyatt. Booked studio w/kitchen. Check in at the front desk. We were greeted by a young lady. I apologized for not remembering her name. Customer service is great. Staffs are friendly too. We parked underground. Bed is comfortable for us. It is a quiet area, during our stay. We weren't disappointed at all! Restaurants is only 7 minutes walk from this hotel. Next time, we will be back to book this hotel again. We did not try out the gym and pool.

Angel & Angelica were amazing staff! Very professional and patient with my needs, and very kind and accommodating with guests. I really also have to say that your cleaning staff need a raise. The entire hotel was SPOTLESS! My room had everything touched from the carpet cleaning, to the desk area, to the night stands, shower and toilet. No hairs in the bed, in shower, or bathroom floor. No cup rings from a moist glass being left on a table too long. And even the downstairs where I worked and had a business meeting looked like the chairs had even been wiped down. I did laundry there too and the machines were CLEAN. No hair, no scum, or water residue left. I think you get my drift. Please compliment and acknowledge your amazing cleaning team and tell them their hard work is definitely not going unseen.
