Absolutely wonderful 3 nights stay, starting from very helpful staff and emails for a late night arrival, all the way through to all the smiles and hellos, fresh towels and extras for use at a sauna, and the ongoing offer to help. Decor was beautiful throughout. Loved the breakfast selection every day. Gorgeous bar sofas and drinks. And incredibly convenient location. Wishing all boutique hotels could be of this standard and quality.
