Good location, very clean, simple check in.
Not very responsive - had to contact owner three times and three different avenues before receiving a response for a request for a temperature change (the settings are locked).
Failure to provide baby friendly equipment - We also requested a crib and high chair, which was noted by the owner but was not provided during our stay.
The one bedroom unit was also extremely small. No closet, shelves or anywhere to put our stuff.
Also, the cleaner knocked on our door at 1020 to remind us that check out is 40 mins later (at 11). Our bags were all packed and our car was already mostly loaded. We were waiting for our baby to wake up from his nap at 1030 to leave. This woke him up. Just totally unnecessary and off putting.

Loved the location and the style!
Didn’t realize there were four flights of stairs to go up with all of our luggage. Also didn’t have supplies that I normally see at vacation rentals.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Good location and our family of seven in two apartments were very happy.
