We had a very good stay at Hotel Noreg and felt that the price matched the quality really well. We weren’t looking for luxury, just a comfortable and reliable place to stay, and that’s exactly what we got.
The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was really good. A special mention to the breakfast staff, who were genuinely lovely and made the mornings even nicer.
The location is a big plus - you’re close to pretty much everything, and having Forum, a great coffee shop, just across the street was a very nice bonus.
The only thing I found a bit strange was the bed setup. I appreciate the ergonomic approach to making the beds, but our sheet was placed horizontally and only covered part of the mattress, so it kept sliding off during the night. A small detail, but a little annoying in practice.

Way too congested. If you like total caous it would be fine. I’m on vacation and don’t need that.
It said there were places to park our car on the streets and in paying lots, the streets also charged from 0800-1600 hrs. The worst of it was, you only pay in 2 hour increments. So at 8:00am you had to go feed the meter and there’s not enough spots so I walked 1/2 mile back and forth to the car. NEVER AGAIN
