It was a good stay please put car park number on the key tag., If the numbers are permanent for rooms good central part Southbank apartment has good layout good price you feel safe staying there thanks..

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 small children. We arrived at 11am but check in was not until 3pm. The fellow in the office was very kind. He allowed us to leave our luggage in his office and then arranged an early check in at midday at no cost to us and phoned us to see we were ok. His customer service was first class and he is to be congratulated. We are very grateful to him.

The views are amazing. The communication with the agency was rather poor. Tried to contact them over the course of 2 days multiple times and didn't get a response.
