The hotel was excellent. The bed was so comfortable, it was the best sleep during our whole trip. Daniel at the front desk was great and helped with our many bags after a 2 week Europe trip. Highly recommended!

The Grey has a great location. Many restaurants and sites within walking distance. Marco was very friendly and had many good recommendations. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed using the stairs! The Grey fit all of our needs.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and right by our favorite pizza spot (Gennaro)! Would book again :)

The hotel has poor soundproofing, in the morning I can here people outside my room open and close the elevator doors all the time, was so loud
